Abstract

Avant l'injection d'une matière plastique, on applique sur le faisceau de câbles (14) un élément de centrage/séparation afin d'obtenir un passe-câbles (15) d'une épaisseur minimale et assurant la répartition homogène de la matière injectée. L'élément de centrage/séparation se compose de deux demi-cercles (1, 2) reliés par une extrémité (3) présentant des moyens réglables de fermeture mutuelle des demi-cercles (1, 2), d'une série de tétons (11) qui font saillie vers l'extérieur de manière à maintenir l'élément de centrage/séparation en position par rapport au faisceau de câbles (14) et de deux languettes flexibles (12, 13) agissant sur les câbles (14) par pression lorsque les demi-cercles (1, 2) se referment sur eux-mêmes.
