Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un système de gestion de transactions d'achat et de vente entre un client et un fournisseur. Ce système comporte un ordinateur principal (10) contenant un générateur de nombres (12) conçu pour générer un code unique pour chaque transaction. L'ordinateur principal est relié à un second ordinateur (20) sur lequel le fournisseur a son site web. Les informations d'achat et de vente sont générées par le second ordinateur puis stockées sur l'ordinateur principal. Le code unique est généré en fonction des informations d'achat et de vente transmises à l'ordinateur principal. Il est ensuite intégré à la facture du client. Lorsque cette facture est acquittée, les informations relatives au paiement sont saisies en vue de leur comparaison avec les informations stockées. S'il y a correspondance entre ces informations, le fournisseur en est averti électroniquement.
