Description

MACHINE FOR PACKAGING GRANULATED SUGAR IN SMALL PACKAGES
The technical field towhich the invention is related to
The invention belongs to a general packaging field, in other words, to the field of machines and procedures for successive packaging of things or particular quantities of materials into tube-shaped shells made from thin bendable materials. They are related to machines for automatic (hygienic) packaging of small quantity primarily granulated sugar into bags formed by heat welding of special paper foils.
In accordance with international classification patents, the designation is as follows: B 65B 9/06.
Technical problem
The invention solves the construction of this automatic machine with electrical power, which is able of successive automatic hygienic packaging of small quantities of materials, best for 5 g, primarily granulated sugar into bags of particular sizes formed by heat welding of special paper foils. Paper foils will be printed with some commercial samples in advance.
Technology It is known, from non-patented literature, about one similar machine (solution) for packaging at which the injector is initiated with pneumatic piston and cylinder through pneumatic divider and connecting claws on the rim of the camshaft (plate). This known solution has also a disadvantage because it requires, beside the machine, also a stable installation for obtaining and distributing compressed air.
There is a relevant solution described in the patent documentation under registration number P-1408/88 as a 'Machine for packaging liquid products'. The machine encircles the foil on ring that leans against holders as well as the stretched cylinders with winch and with cylinder for stretching the foils before contacts with liquid that is being packed. The machine also comprises the drive (power) mechanism. The construction of this machine, although relevant to the construction of the machine in accordance with invention, it does not solve defined technical problem, what can be considered its disadvantage in this case. In the available Yu patent documentation, exists a YU patent list # 32 194 in which a machine for packaging meltable materials is described, for example, bitumen into a bendable hose-shaped pots from man made materials. The solution, to a certain degree relevant for the construction of the machine in accordance with the invention, is comprised from a pot which has to be filled with melted material winded on ring that is self unwinding and floating taken by float in the heated bathtub, during which the sole charging is undertaken by a connected tank for refilling, while at the same time, the air is supplied under pressure. Suggested solution doesn't solve the above mentioned technical problem and is only interesting from the technological point of view.
Presentation of the substance of the invention
This machine for packaging small quantities of sugar, according to the invention, consists of a work group for packaging, a work group for sugar as well as a universal joint power mechanism driven with Electro motor with snaillike low-range gear lever, that are operated by electrical switches placed on the control panel of the machine.
Sugar, primarily granulated sugar from the reception basket of the machine, through injector (in quantities determined in advance) arrives by gravitational force into pass through drain and, from there, first on the slope and then on the straight part of the tube for sugar distribution and into already prepared bags with glued vertical seams and with lower horizontal seam on the line for packaging during synthesis of the sugar line and the packaging line.
On line for packaging unwrapped tape of paper, positioned over stretched rollers moves vertically in the rhythm of the machine passing through 'V shaped fork and then, wrapped like a cylinder, around vertical part of the tube for sugar reception, passes through calibrated, freely pulled ring, obtaining final cylindrical shape. In the next rhythm of the machine, vertical seam is being weld as well as the horizontal seam on the previous bags. After synchronized reception of particular quantities of sugar into a bag, upper seam is being weld during the next rhythm while at the same time previous bags are being cut off with knives.
This way we provide hygienically filled bags of particular quantities of sugar, while the machine represents a new conception of the problem that has an inventive level and is fully applicable.
A short description of the draft
The invention is described in details earlier and shown on drafts as follows: Picture 1 : shows the outline of the machine for packaging sugar in small quantities. Picture 2: shows the design of the same machine from picture 1 (front appearance)
Detailed description of the invention
On picture 1, the machine for packaging small quantities of sugar according to the invention, comprise steel plate-support I on which construction elements of the machine are tightened with bolts and suitable bearings and are arranged into so called work group for packaging A, work group for sugar B as well as for operation group universal joint drive mechanism 20.
Design for operation line (packaging A) comprises support 1 for paper foil lb spool la, with belonging distant cartridge, pad and nut (picture 2). Beside this support 1, on the support-plate I stretched rollers 2 and 3 are positioned in reverse. Under stretched roller 3 on the line for packaging A 'V shaped fork 4 is reversed encircling the slope part of the tube 18 for sugar reception on the line for sugar B. On the straight part of the same tube 18 that is bent and directed in axis of the line for packaging A. Ring 5 is freely pulled over, and serves for forming roller like shape of paper foil lb during its pass. This way ring 5 is positioned in front of vertical profile rein (bar) 6 and opposite of it is a movable diagonally positioned vertical heater 7. Under this subfit, on the line for packaging A but under the end 18a of mentioned tube 18, is a movable (on axis) rein (bar) 8 and to the opposite of it (and together with it) diagonally movable heater 9 under which the knives for cutting off are placed 11 as well as the circulating rein (bar) 10.
The elements of the line for sugar B comprise reception basket 12, under which the sugar injector's 14 rein (bar) is tightened 13 with movable lever 14a. Passing through drain 17 is placed under the injector 14 continued with slope tube 18, which is, as it was earlier described, bent on the line for packaging A and continued with its straight part to the end
18a. This end 18a of the tube is specially designed and reaches exactly up to the upper line of the last position on the subfit of the horizontal rein (bar) 8 and its heater 9.
The elements for the operation line for universal joint drive mechanism 20 comprise multi legs lever 15a which upper fork 15 is separable hitched with the end of the lever 14a of the injector, while the lever itself 15a through ringed element 15d is hitched with camplate 16 driven through fan belt with Electro motor and belonging snail type low- range gear lever. Multi legs lever 15a which is nested on the support-plate I in bearing 21 hitched with lever 15b connected with joints with eccentric of the camplate 16 while it is hitched with its lower part to the radiaxial movable rein (bar) 8 as well as with the heater 9, connected to it. Multi legs lever 15a is connected with adjustable connection 15c and with diagonally movable vertical heater 7, above which a spring is placed 15e for conjunction with stretched spring 15f placed on the fork 15 of multi legs lever.
The machine for packaging small quantities of sugar is functioning, in accordance with the invention, as follows: first the preparation is needed for the packaging line A. For this purpose the paper foil lb spool la (with already printed desired design) is placed on the support 1 and with a distant cartridge, pad and nut tightened so that the middle axis of paper foil lb comes to a specified distance from border (highest) support-plate I.
After leveling out the end of the paper foil lb that is necessary for preventing deviation from the verticals of formed vertical bag's seam, paper foil lb is being transferred over the stretched rollers 2 and 3 while adjusting their distant rings at the same time in order to stretch paper foil lb in the same line during unwrapping from spool la. During preparations for line A the pulling by of the paper foil is continued through fork 4 where paper foil lb forms in 'V shape. Paper foil lb formed this way is placed now, so it partially encircles vertical part of tube 18 when ring 5 is freely (movable) pulled over, as the first part of the paper foil lb is temporary connected, for example, with transparent tape. Further, it is continued with pulling by the paper foil lb that is taken a roller shape and which is movable on the vertical axis of the tube 18, through vertical profile rein (bar) 6 and from it vertical heater 7 is moved away on the line A for packaging.
Roller shaped paper foil lb, prepared this way, is taken manually further over to the end 18a of tube 18 till it arrives between moved away horizontal rein (bar) 8 and its heater 9, which moves around its axis and forms bags of desired length, while at the same time heater 9 welds (glues) the horizontal seam of the bags. To achieve accurate cutting off of the filled bags, formed foil lb is pulled through ring shaped rein (bar) 10 hitched with knives 11 for cutting.
After this procedure for preparing the line for packaging A, next step is to check its operation with some idle speed. For this purpose electrical heaters 7 and 9 are turned on, on the control panel 22 (picture 1). After achieving certain temperature the Electro motor with low-range gear lever turns on, while the connection between fork 15 multi legs lever 15a and lever 14a and injector 14 on the sugar line B is turned off. With following rotations of camplate 16 as well as with the effects of hitched lever 15a and 15b begins axial movement of the horizontal rein (bar) 8, which, at certain rhythm, together with pushed and turned on heater 9 on it, during horizontal seam welding (gluing) of the bag. At the same time a certain length of the paper foil lb (on which has been, during the previous rhythm, with a help of vertical heater 7, the vertical seam already welded) is being pulled down. It is understood that during this pulling through of the paper foil lb, tools, like heater 7 and knives 11 remain open, so it will be possible to perform cutting ready bags in the next rhythm while at the same time welding (gluing) the next vertical seam. In case, during this probationary work with idle speed, you don't get properly formed and welded (glued) bags with desired length, the machine should be turned off for the purpose of preparing the line for sugar B. At this point we need to pour granulated sugar into reception basket 12 and to adjust the injector 14 for the desired quantities of sugar, for example 5g. After this we need to place injector's levers 14a into the fork 15 of the multi legs lever 15a as well as to adjust the numerator on the control panel 22, after which the Electro motor with low-range gear lever is turned on again and the machine starts the work.
During the production the injector's lever 14a moves back and force, in accord with the machine rhythm, during which the sugar from the basket 12 (in desired quantities), through injector 14 passes through into the drain 17 and continues through tube 18 into the bag, on which the horizontal and vertical seams are already formed.
During this rhythm synthesizing the course of sugar and paper foil lb is performed in the space between the vertical heater 7 and horizontal heater 9 in order to form the upper and final seam of the filled bag in the next rhythm, while at the same time cutting with knives 11 already formed and filled bags, would take place. Formed and filled bags are being collected in the baskets for further packaging.
Ways of industrial or other uses of the invention
The way of use of the invention results from the above text and attached drafts, and is not necessary to describe it here again. All the design and functional features of the machine (invention) were tested on prototype by the inventor.
It is understood, that keeping the same principal solutions, in accordance with the invention, the design details and forms of realization can be changed broadly without deviating from presented invention.
