Abstract
L'invention concerne un mélange gazeux protecteur pour le brasage fort MIG/MAG, dont le composant gazeux principal est l'argon et qui contient 0,2 à 1,2 % en volume de O2. Ce mélange gazeux protecteur est utilisé dans un procédé de brasage fort MIG/MAG de matières zinguées, procédé qui est mis en oeuvre avec des courants de faible intensité, de préférence avec une vitesse de brasage de 0,3 à 1 m/min, avec des arcs courts ou pulsés et avec une fusion du fil-électrode de 3,5 à 8 m/min.
