Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) et un procédé pour représenter des modifications tissulaires lors d'une thermothérapie. Ce dispositif (10) comprend au moins un premier émetteur (12a) servant à émettre une lumière test d'une longueur d'onde prédéterminée, et un deuxième émetteur (12b) servant à modifier, à des fins thérapeutiques, la température d'une zone tissulaire. Il en résulte des modifications de la structure du tissu. Au moins un dispositif de détection (16) est placé à une distance constante, prédéterminée et modifiable, de l'émetteur (12a).
