Description

NETWORK SYSTEM FOR NOTIFYING BURGLARY VEHICLES OF DRIVER
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers capable of transmitting/receiving the information on the burglarized vehicles between general drivers.
2. Description of the Related Art
Examples of conventionally developed network systems for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers are a GPS (Global Positioning System) position information system, a mobile radio communication position information system, a radio propagation position information system and the like. However, these systems communicate with the terminal mounted in the corresponding burglarized vehicle and receive and check the information and position of the burglarized vehicle only on a specific receiving place such as a control station, a patrol car, a checkpoint and so on. Therefore, the conventionally developed network systems for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers arise the following problems: a general driver can not transmit the information on his burglarized vehicle of another driver; the another driver can not receive the information on the burglarized vehicle of other driver; general drivers can not check whether the corresponding burglarized vehicle is in the vicinity of their current positions; and because of the non-existence of the check, there is no notification of the corresponding burglarized vehicle, such that the network system for notifying the burglarized vehicles of drivers or of the general drivers and police cannot be built. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to provide a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of adjacent drivers capable of transmitting the information on a driver's burglarized vehicle of other drivers, receiving the information on the burglarized vehicles of other drivers, and checking whether the corresponding burglarized vehicle is in the vicinity of the current positions of drivers.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a network system for notifying burglarized vehicle of adjacent drivers capable of functioning as a base station for searching and patrolling the burglarized vehicle among vehicles on the road, without separately operating existing tracking vehicles, base stations, control stations and checkpoints consuming a tremendous operating cost.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a network system for notifying burglarized vehicle of adjacent drivers capable of checking the position and running direction of the burglarized vehicle between general drivers to thereby notify the corresponding burglarized vehicle of the vehicle owner, a police station or a traffic broadcasting station, such that the network system for notifying the burglarized vehicle of drivers or of the general drivers and police can be built.
To attain these and other objects of the present invention, there is provided a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers, which includes: a remote control transmitting part; a remote control receiving part; a burglar information transmitting part and a burglar information receiving part, wherein the remote control transmitting part is carried along with each driver and the remote control receiving part, the burglar information transmitting part and the burglar information receiving part are formed as an integral body with each other and installed on the vehicle, such that the burglar information transmitting part serves to transmit the burglar information on the vehicle of the corresponding driver to adjacent other drivers and the burglar information transmitting part serves to receive the burglar information transmitted from the adjacent other vehicles, thereby transmitting and receiving the kind, color, number, position and running direction of the burglarized vehicle between the adjacent drivers in the range of about 150m.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig. 1 is a circuit block diagram illustrating a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers according to the present invention; and
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the operation order of the network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers according to the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Now. an explanation of the construction and operation of a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers according to the present invention will be hereinafter discussed with reference to Figs. 1 and 2.
Fig. 1 is a circuit block diagram illustrating a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers according to the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the operation order of the network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of drivers according to the present invention. In construction, a reference numeral 1 denotes a remote control transmitting part, 2 a remote control receiving part, 3 a burglar information transmitting part, 4 a burglar information receiving part, 5 a switch, 6 and 17 a microcomputer, 7, 12, 23 and 26 a high frequency oscillator, 8 and 22 modulator, 9 and 11 antenna, 10 a storage battery, 13 and 25 reception and tuner, 14 and 27 an amplifier, 15 and 28 detector, 16 a direct current amplifier, 18 a door key switch, 19 a starting key switch, 20 mike, 21 memory, 24 a high frequency amplifier, 29 a low frequency amplifier, 30 a speaker, 31 a power control switch and 32 a vehicle storage battery.
As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the network system according to the present invention includes the remote control transmitting part 1 for outputting a password and an operating code; the remote control receiving part 2 for receiving the password and operating code outputted from the remote control transmitting part 1 to operate the door key switch 18 and the power control switch 31 ; the burglar information transmitting part 3 connected to the door key switch 18 and the starting key switch 19 to transmit the burglar information of the burglarized vehicle to adjacent other drivers; the burglar information receiving part 4 for receiving the burglar information transmitted from adjacent other vehicles; and peripheral devices. In this case, the remote control transmitting part 1 is carried along with each driver and the remote control receiving part 2. the burglar information transmitting part 3 and the burglar information receiving part 4 are formed as an integral body with each other and installed on the vehicle, thereby transmitting and receiving the kind, color, number, position and running direction of the burglarized vehicle between the adjacent drivers. The remote control transmitting part 1 is constructed in such a manner that if a button of the switch 5 is pressed, the power of the storage battery 10 is applied to the microcomputer 6 and the password and operating code pre-programmed in the microcomputer 6 are transmitted through the modulator 8 having the high frequency oscillator 7 and the antenna 9. If a door lock button of the switch 5 of the remote control transmitting part 1 is pressed, the door lock operating code and password are transmitted by radio wave. The transmitted radio wave is received and tuned through the antenna 11. the reception and tuner 13 and the high frequency oscillator 12 of the remote control receiving part 2 and then amplified in the amplifier 14. Next, the amplified signal is demodulated in the detector 15, amplified in the direct current amplifier 16. and then applied to the microcomputer 17, in which the door key switch 18 operates under the control of the microcomputer 17 to thereby lock the door of the vehicle. After the door locking, if the door opens or the vehicles starts in the state where the corresponding password is not inputted from the remote control transmitting part 1. the burglar information, which is pre-stored with the mike 20 in the memory 21. for example, the information of the voice message "burglarized vehicle, kind of Grandeur, number of Seoul 33 Ga, 4567, black color, positioned within the range of 150m from your vehicle, if you hear two or more times the voice message during running, your running direction is the same as in the burglarized vehicle, and after checking, if you notify the burglarized vehicle of us, you will receive compensation. Call number: 611-1234" is repeatedly outputted under the control of the microcomputer 17 of the burglar information transmitting part 3 connected to the door key switch 18 and the starting key switch 19. The outputted information is modulated in the modulator 22 having the high frequency oscillator 23, amplified in the high frequency amplifier 24, and then transmitted via the antenna 11. The transmitted burglar information is received and tuned through the antenna 11, the reception and tuner 25 and the high frequency oscillator 26 of the burglar information receiving part 4 and then amplified in the amplifier 27. Next, the amplified signal is demodulated in the detector 28. thereby obtaining the voice information. The voice information is amplified in the low frequency amplifier 29 and outputted via the speaker 30.
In addition, even if a vehicle storage battery stores the power all the time for the purpose of always transmitting the burglar information, but if the owner of the vehicle who stops the running presses the door lock button of the switch 5 of the remote control transmitting part 1 to thereby lock the door, the burglar information transmitting part 3 turns off a power control switch 31 under the control of the microcomputer 17 of the remote control receiving part 2 to thereby cut the power supply to the burglar information receiving part 4, such that if the vehicle is burglarized, when the burglar information in the burglar information transmitting part 3 is transmitted, a thief who drives the burglarized vehicle can not hear the burglar information transmitted. To the contrary, if the owner of the vehicle presses the door unlock button of the switch 5 of the remote control transmitting part 1 to thereby open the door, the burglar information transmitting part 3 turns on the power control switch 31 under the control of the microcomputer 17 of the remote control receiving part 2 to thereby supply the power to the burglar information receiving part 4. such that the burglar information transmitted from other vehicles can be received.
On the other hand, the transmitting power for outputting the burglar information is 0.5W, with a consequence that the transmitting and receiving radius is restricted within a close range of 150m. Therefore, the drivers can accurately recognize the burglarized vehicle within a visible range.
Even if the transmitting and receiving radius is at the close range of 150m, the traffic zone is continuously formed in proportion to the moving distance of the burglarized vehicle. In addition, since the vehicles frequently run to cause traffic jams on the road of the country where the automobiles are popular, if the present invention is applied on the number of vehicles corresponding to 1 % of the all vehicles of the country, the information on the burglarized vehicle can be received between the drivers within the 1 to 10 minutes after the generation of accident and thus, the position of the burglarized vehicle can be checked. As mentioned above, a network system for notifying burglarized vehicles of adjacent drivers according to the present invention provides the following advantages: the information on a driver's burglarized vehicle is transmitted to other drivers; the information on the burglarized vehicles is received from other drivers; it is checked whether the corresponding burglarized vehicle is in the vicinity of the current positions of the drivers: the network system functions as a base station for searching and patrolling the burglarized vehicle between vehicles on the road, without separately operating existing tracking vehicles, base stations, control stations and checkpoints consuming a tremendous operating cost; and the position and running direction of the burglarized vehicle between general drivers is checked to notify the corresponding burglarized vehicle of the vehicle owner, a police station or a traffic broadcasting station, such that the network system for notifying the burglarized vehicles of drivers or of the general drivers and police can be built.
