Abstract

L'invention concerne des examens servant à évaluer les connaissances de candidats potentiels (140) à un emploi pour des clients, de préférence sur un réseau (110) tel que l'Internet. Un serveur (120) est connecté à une base de données comprenant des examens d'évaluation de connaissances. Ainsi, les candidats peuvent accéder au serveur (120) se trouvant sur le réseau (110) au moyen d'un navigateur et d'un code fourni par un client afin de passer un examen choisi (130). Le serveur (120) note immédiatement les examens et avertit le client (100) lorsqu'un candidat (140) a terminé un examen d'évaluation. Les résultats peuvent être visualisés et gérés par le client (100) sur le réseau (110). Les clients (100) peuvent choisir des examens standard ou créer des examens personnalisés pour des candidats potentiels (140).
