Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Screening von Target-Ligand-Wechselwirkungen unter Verwendung einer chemischen Bibliothek von Liganden, die chemische Bibliothek von Liganden als solche, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der chemischen Bibliothek sowie die Verwendung der chemischen Bibliothek für die Wirkstoffentwicklung und die Entwicklung molekularer Sensoren. Das Screening-Verfahren umfasst die Schritte: (a) Messung zumindest einer Fluoreszenzeigenschaft einer an einer Festphase immobilisierten, ortsadressierbaren chemischen Bibliothek von Liganden, wobei an jeden Liganden ein molekularer Fluoreszenzsensor gebunden ist, (b) Zugabe des Targets, und (c) Messung der gleichen Fluoreszenzeigenschaft(en) der chemischen Bibliothek wie in Schritt (a). Die an einer Festphase immobilisierte, ortsadressierbare chemische Bibliothek von Liganden ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Ligand an einen molekularen Fluoreszenzsensor gebunden ist, vorzugsweise derart, dass der molekulare Fluoreszenzsensor zwischen dem Liganden und der Festphase und/oder an dem der Festphase gegenüberliegenden Ende des Liganden gebunden ist.
