Abstract

Es wird ein Konzept zur zweifelsfreien Erkennung der Echtheit von Markenprodukten vorgeschlagen umfassend ein Verfahren zur Personalisierung eines Speicherchips für ein Markenschutz-System, ein Testgerät zum Testen von Speicherchips und zur Verifizierung der Produktdaten für ein Markenschutz-System und ein Verfahren zur Prüfung von Produktdaten. Gemäß dem vorliegenden Konzept wird jedem Markenpartikel ein Produktchip mit einer systemweit eindeutigen Signatur zugeordnet, wobei mittels eines Testgeräts eine sichere Erkennung von Markenartikeln und damit auch von Fälschungen sichergestellt ist.
