Abstract

Verfahren zur Erfassung eines Abbildes einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Oberfläche (13), wie Oberfläche eines Hohlraumes bzw. Aussenmantel eines im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Werkstückes umfassend eine Bilderfassungseinheit (1) und eine Bildauswerteinheit (2), wobei die Bilderfassungseinheit (1) eine Rundumoptik (6) aufweist, die Licht vom gesamten Umfang der zylindrischen Oberfläche (13) erfasst und auf einen optischen Sensor (8) projiziert, wobei Rundumoptik (6) und zylindrische Oberfläche (13) relativ zueinander bewegt werden und nach Abschluss eines vorgebbaren Bewegungsweges das gerade vom Sensor (8) erfasste Teilabbild der Oberfläche von der Bildauswerteinheit (2) abgespeichert und sämtliche Teilabbilder zu einem Gesamtabbild der Oberfläche zusammengefügt werden und Rundumoptik (6) und zylindrische Oberfläche (13) ununterbrochen relativ zueinander bewegt werden.
