Abstract

Consiste en una tarjeta postal conformada por una lámina de un grosor determinado, principalmente rectangular (1) en cuyo interior presenta un rebaje a modo de depósito en el que irá incluído un objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM (2); teniendo esta tarjeta postal en su parte frontal una lámina plastificada (3) que está unida a la lámina de grosor determinado, bien en su contorno, en su totalidad o por medio de pestañas. Dicha lámina de grosor determinado está doblemente impresa: en su parte posterior con líneas que marcan los límites destinados a la escritura, dirección o lugar del sello, y en la parte anterior con la carátula elegida. Asímismo se contempla la posibilidad de que la tarjeta pueda tener una lámina (4) abatible sobre el conjunto anterior a modo de portada. La lámina plastificada puede ser extraíble para acceder al objeto delgado, tal como un CD-ROM. Si no es extraíble se procederá a extraerlo por rotura de la tarjeta postal.

TARJETA POSTAL PERFECCIONADA
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La tarjeta postal perfeccionada de la presente invención consiste, tal y como su título indica, en una tarjeta postal conformada por una lámina de grosor determinado en cuyo interior presenta un rebaje a modo de depósito en el que irá incluido un objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD.ROM; teniendo esta tarjeta postal en su parte frontal una lámina plastificada que está unida a la lámina de grosor determinado inicialmente mencionada, bien en su contorno, en su totalidad o por medio de pestañas, pudiendo ser esta lámina plastificada, extraíble.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Hasta nuestros días se conocen las tarjetas postales que podemos encontrar en los quioscos donde apreciamos distintas vistas de una ciudad o cualquier otra carátula quedando éstas bastante incompletas.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para solventar estos problemas, se ha ideado la tarjeta postal perfeccionada de la presente invención que consiste en una tarjeta postal conformada por una lámina de un grosor determinado en cuyo interior presenta un rebaje a modo de depósito en el que va incluido un objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM; teniendo esta tarjeta postal en su parte frontal una
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 26) lámina plastificada que está unida a la lámina de grosor determinado, bien en su contorno, en su totalidad, o por medio de pestañas, pudiendo ser esta lámina plastifϊcada extraíble para facilitar el acceso al objeto delgado y de poco peso, tal como un CD-ROM
Esta lámina de grosor determinado anteriormente mencionada está doblemente impresa, en su parte posterior con líneas que marcan los límites destinados a la escritura, dirección o lugar del sello y en la parte anterior, con la carátula elegida.
Asimismo se contempla la posibilidad de que la tarjeta pueda tener una lámina abatible sobre el conjunto anterior, a modo de portada.
Para acceder al objeto delgado y de poco peso, tal como un CD-ROM anteriormente mencionado, se procederá a romper la tarjeta si ésta no está provista de una lámina plastificada extraíble o, en el caso de que sí posea una lámina plastificada extraíble, proceder a la separación de dicha lámina plastificada de la lámina inicial de un grosor determinado dejando así libre el objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, de un juego de dibujos, en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente

Como se puede apreciar en la figura 1, la tarjeta postal perfeccionada que nos ocupa está formada por una lámina de un grosor determinado, principalmente rectangular (1) que es una cartulina impresa, la cual forma un rebaje a modo de depósito, en el interior del cual se va a situar un objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM (2); teniendo esta tarjeta postal en su parte frontal una lámina plastificada (3) que está unida a la lámina de grosor determinado, bien en su contorno, en su totalidad, o por medio de pestañas, pudiendo ser esta lámina plastifϊcada, extraíble para facilitar el acceso al objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM, anteriormente mencionado.
Asimismo se contempla la posibilidad de que la tarjeta pueda tener una lámina (4) abatible sobre el conjunto anterior a modo de portada.
No se considera necesario hacer más extensa esta descripción para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda el alcance de la invención y las ventajas que de la misma se derivan. Los términos en que se ha redactado esta memoria deberán ser tomados siempre en sentido amplio y no limitativo.
Los materiales, forma, tamaño y disposición de los elementos serán susceptibles de variación siempre y cuando ello no suponga una alteración de las características esenciales del invento que se reivindican a continuación.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Tarjeta postal perfeccionada, caracterizada porque consta de una estructura a modo de lámina de un grosor determinado, principalmente rectangular, que es una cartulina impresa, la cual forma un rebaje a modo de depósito, en el interior del cual se va a situar un objeto delgado y de poco peso tal como un CD-ROM; teniendo esta tarjeta postal en su parte frontal una lámina plastificada que está unida a la lámina de grosor determinado, bien en su contorno o en su totalidad, o por medio de pestañas.
2.- Tarjeta postal perfeccionada, según la primera reivindicación, caracterizada porque la lámina plastificada puede ser extraíble para facilitar el acceso al objeto delgado y de poco peso, tal como un CD-ROM.
3.- Tarjeta postal perfeccionada, según la primera reivindicación, caracterizada porque si la lámina plastificada no es extraíble, el acceso al objeto delgado y de poco peso, tal como un CD-ROM se efectúa por rotura de la tarjeta postal.
