Definitions
- the invention is controllable electro-thermal sonde with which through electro-thermal transformation of the material of the very sonde a penetration takes its course by definite space track to objects situated in complicated dimensional configurations and is applicable in the filed of minimi-invasive medicine, research and diagnostics in bodies with complicated internal configuration as well as for quick access to elements in complicated devices for checking, adjustment and repair.
- the first pipe which is a central one, represents an operating channel for visualisation and operational interference.
- the second pipe above the first one has controllable adapter from hard into high-elastic condition.
- the initial end of this second pipe is fixed to a flange and is turned to itself outside so that it can cover the initial end of the third guide pipe whose front ending directs the torsion and whose other end is connected with the case of a hydraulic cylinder via the piston.
- the first and the second pipe pass along the axial line of this cylinder.
- the second pipe is sealed with a plastic ring with the piston so that the pressure of the piston over the lubricative fluid in the cylinder can transfer it as greasing layer between the second and the third pipe to the front of the channel where the rotation of the controllable pipe takes its course.
- the first pipe is flexible, but sustainable to outside pressure.
- the controllable pipe is extruded by a polymer with a programmable temperature adapter from hard into high plastic condition with inserted in the wall longitudinal belts which are isolated from each other and made of metal strings and from each knot of this graticule there is an output on the outside wall of the pipe for electrical contact; each belt is connected via a relevant segment to a flange-collector situated at the back end of the pipe with a pole of controllable source of voltage.
- the third guide pipe is flexible, but tension and stretching resistant. It has a metal ring at its front end.
- This solution allows plastification by belts along all the length of the controllable pipe from the flange-collector to the front of turning on the account of heating due to the current which runs through the metal strings of two opposite to each other belts and the metal ring of the guide pipe.
- the guiding electro-thermal head for controllable sonde (3) consists of metal ring with isolated inside wall and welded opposite to each other chips of Zener diodes along the outside wall and on the other side of each chip there is a welded metal segment from a cylinder with internal radius equal to the outside radius of the metal ring plus the thickness of the chip so that the in advance perforated and set front of the guide pipe to be lined from inside and outside by the metal ring and the metal segments having in mind that the metal segments are electrically isolated from each other and they are glued so the segments get in contact only via their outside surface with the metal strings stuck along the pipe which turns and at its beginning the guide pipe has a section of longitudinal elasticity.
- the purpose of the invention is to create a device which will keep the advantages of the concentrically turning to itself channel localising the heating by segments at the very top. It regulates the speed of torsion of the material adjacent to these segments and relevantly its directing via a guide electro-thermal head whose electrical connections with the elements take course via metal strings inbuilt in the wall of the guide pipe and coupling outlet at the other end so that it can be technological as for production and reliable as for the operation.
- the purpose of this invention is to create possibility the hydraulic pressure in the cylinder to be used and for automatic catching for moving of the controllable pipe.
- the task is solved by creating a controllable pipe made of thermo-plastic material which consists of two coaxially located in each other pipes.
- the first pipe has controllable adapter from hard into high elastic condition.
- the initial end of this pipe is fixed to a flange and is turned to itself outside so that it can cover the initial end of the second guide pipe whose front ending directs the torsion via electro-thermal guide head.
- It consists of segments of metal ring with insulated inside wall and welded to the outside wall of each segment relevantly cathode of chip of Zener-diode and collector-basis of chip of n-p-n transistor.
- the segments are set at the front end, along the inside wall of the guide pipe with metal strings in it so that the chips can go in the openings of the wall, made in advance.
- In the opening of transistor chip there is an outlet of metal string which connects with the emitter and in a third opening an outlet of a second metal string is connected relevantly to the segment. Insulating resin is put over these links. Insulating resin is put is the second opening as well but the anode over the chip of the Zener- diode remains open. This way we obtain the front of the pipe. This front is lined from outside with metal ring which links electrically the anodes of the Zener- diodes.
- the metal strings after being linked, pass through spirally coiled to the axis pass through the wall of the guide pipe to its other end where they are outlet and mechanically linked by sticking together in a radial guide-distributor and electrically each end is linked to the relevant contact site over printed circuit- board situated concentrically to the guide pipe and fixed to the guide case of the hydraulic cylinder.
- Each contact site is linked via band with a connector outlet.
- Contact plates are linked radially to the opposite end of the printed-circuit board. The contact plates are pressed in the cylinder's case so that they can slide by the outside wall of the controllable pipe entering into contact with the metal strings glued spirally along the pipe.
- the relevant lines of the segments and of the contact plates with conductors are linked via switchers to a digital programmable generator of voltage and current and to analogue-digital converter.
- the lines of the transistor emitters are linked to the analogue-digital converter via analogue keys.
- the generator, the analogue-digital converter and the digital control of the keys are linked to a computer.
- a pick-up for temperature of segment instead of a transistor or diode chip, consisting of thermistor or thermocouple of welded two strings of appropriate metal. One of them is welded to the segment as well.
- the hydraulic cylinder consists of guide case is made of plastic. It is linked with the piston via cylindrical corrugated diaphragm. There is a sealing and pushing valve concentrically pressed in the piston with diameter of the opening by the axis equal to the diameter of the controllable pipe.
- the profile of the section of the valve is sized in such a way that it can slide along the controllable pipe's wall in absence of hydraulic pressure and it can catch it when operational pressure exists.
- the liquid in the system is greasing. It contains micro-spheres and it gets closed with a sealing ring situated on the guide pipe and fixed to the flange which is glued at the front of the rotated pipe.
- the guide case of the hydraulic cylinder is made of plastic so that a radial guide-distributor be obtained in front - for catching the end of the guide pipe and distribution of the metal strings outlet from it, closed in the case printed-circuit board with open radially around the guide-distributor contact sites which are connected with outlets of electrical connector and round cutting back to the cylinder in which to enter and glue the end of the corrugated cylindrical diaphragm.
- Piston of the hydraulic cylinder is made of plastic. It consists of a disc with a profiled opening in the middle where a sealing and pushing valve is caught and a round cutting, on the front, where the other end of the corrugated cylindrical diaphragm be glued.
- Fig. 1 shows the performance of a channel of pipe with an in-built net for control which turns to itself the same way as the snail's horn via plastification of current by the longitudinal metal strings and a contact ring set at the front of the pipe guiding the torsion.
- Fig. 2 shows a section of the wall of the controllable pipe and its structure in section.
- Fig. 3 shows the linking of the elements in the guide electro-thermal head for controllable sonde with metal strings situated in the guide pipe's wall.
- Fig. 4 shows an example of performance of the guide pipe with a longitudinal elastic section and connected with it guide electro-thermal head.
- Fig. 5 shows the controllable sonde with its main elements and interconnections.
- Fig. 6 shows the scheme of connecting of the segments and their elements to the control system.
- the guide electro-thermal head for controllable sonde which consists of two coaxially located into each other pipes.
- the first pipe 2 has controllable adapter from hard into plastic condition. Its front is fixed to a flange 15 and is turned to itself in outside direction so that it can cover the front of the second guide pipe 3 whose front end directs the torsion of the guide electro-thermal head which consists of segments 5 of metal ring with insulated inside wall and welded to the outside wall of each segment cathode of chip of Zener-diode 7 and collector-base of chip of n-p-n transistor 8.
- the segments are set at the front along the inside wall of the guide pipe with metal strings 9 and 10 in it so that the chips enter the openings made in the wall in advance.
- Isolating resin is put in the second opening, too, but so that the anode over the chip of the Zener-diode 7 remain open.
- the front of the pipe obtained in this way is lined from outside with a metal ring 4, which links electrically the anodes of the Zener-diodes as it is shown on Fig.4.
- the already linked metal strings 9 and 10, two each for every segment, pass spirally coiled according to the axis, through the wall of the guide pipe 3 to its other end where they are outlet and linked mechanically by gluing together in a radial guide-distributor, formed in the body 20, Fig. 5.
- each end is connected to the relevant contact site 17 over printed-circuit board_19, situated concentrically to the guide pipe 3 and fixed to the guide body 20 of the hydraulic cylinder. Every contact site 17 is linked with a band to outlet 16 of a connector. There are radial contact plates 18 connected to the opposite side of the board 19. These plates are pressed in the cylinder's body so that they slide along the outside wall of the guide pipe 2 by the metal strings 13 (Fig.2).
- the guide body 20 of the hydraulic cylinder (Fig. 5) is linked to the piston 24 via cylindrical corrugated diaphragm 22.
- the profile of the section of the valve is sized in such a way that it can slide by the wall of the pipe in absence of hydraulic pressure and catch it when operating pressure exists.
- Through pipe 21 and opening in the guide body of the hydraulic cylinder the profile of the section is connected to computer with hydraulic pump and with digital pick-up for pressure.
- the liquid in the system is lubricating and it includes micro-spheres and is closed with a sealing ring 14 located on the guide pipe 3 and fixed to the flange 15, glued at the front of the turned guide pipe 2.
- controllable sonde made of thermo-plastic material formed as pipe 2 which turns to outside under the mechanical impact after being brought into a high elastic condition when penetration and turning outside when pulled out consists in the fact that after creating certain pressure of the lubricating fluid in the hydraulic cylinder formed by the guide body 20 on Fig. 5, the piston 24 and the corrugated cylindrical diaphragm 22 through the pipe 21, this lubricant fluid is limited by the piston 24 with the sealing and pushing valve 23 and from the front flange 15 with seal ring 14, sequential local elastification takes its course by segments on the account of the heat effect from the junction of the Zener- diode which is directly proportional to the voltage of the junction and the current through it and as a consequence the segment of the opposite linked diode is mainly heated.
- each segment for example 5, is measured with a diode chip 7 or chip of transistor 8 with together linked collector-base and on the account of the temperature dependence of the emitter's junction as the emitter is connected via analogue key 27 with analogue- digital converter 28 from programme of the linked to it computer 37.
- the setting of the step of movement and the direction takes its course by a programme for control with commands set by the operator to the computer.
- the controllable pipe 2 is brought to flexible condition in the section of the contact plates 18 to the ring 4 via warming up the metal strings 13 with a current impulse from the generator 26 through key 33, the connector 16, contact plates 18, metal strings 13, metal ring 4, the Zener-diodes in right direction 7, the segments 5, the lines 10 through the closed keys 29, 30, 31, 32 and the keys 34, 35 connected with the negative pole.
