Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for correcting disturbance in collagen synthesis that involves hydroxylating proline and/or lysine. The proline and/or lysine are previously hydroxylated outside the patient's organism, are included into liposomes and are further introduced parenterally into the patient's organism. This invention also relates to a biologically active substance for realising the method for correcting collagen synthesis, wherein said substance includes lanolin or glycerin, water as well as a liposome emulsion containing an active ingredient. The active ingredient contained in the liposomes consists of hydroxylated proline and/or lysine, and the components are selected in the following amounts: from 50.0 to 70.0 wt % of lanolin or glycerin; from 10.0 to 15.0 wt % of liposomes in the form of a 10-20 % emulsion containing a 10-30 % aqueous solution of hydroxylated proline and/or lysine; the balance consisting of water. The liposomes may further contain an amount of 0.5 to 1.5 wt % of an anti-oxidising agent that may consist of ionol.
