Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à l'extraction du pétrole et du gaz à partir de puits de forage, et concerne plus précisément le traitement et l'exploitation de gisements pétroliers terrestres ou maritimes ainsi que la séparation de gaz pétroliers tout en tenant compte de la réinjection des matériaux séparés. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans l'industrie du gaz et du pétrole afin d'éliminer le dioxyde de carbone contenu dans les gaz. Cette installation comprend les éléments suivants connectés en série: une chambre de combustion (1), un économiseur sous pression (2), un séparateur d'humidité (3) ainsi qu'un régénérateur de réfrigération (4). Le régénérateur (4) est connecté par l'intermédiaire de la conduite (5) du flux de gaz direct à un turbo-détendeur (7), puis à un séparateur (8) de dioxyde de carbone solide. Le séparateur (8) est connecté au régénérateur et à un conduit de fumées (9) par l'intermédiaire de la conduite (6) du flux en retour; il est également connecté à un liquéfacteur (13) par l'intermédiaire de la conduite (10) de dioxyde de carbone solide et d'un dispositif à vis sans fin (11). Le liquéfacteur (13) est connecté à la vis sans fin (11), à un accumulateur (14) et à une pompe (23) par l'intermédiaire de clapets (12, 13, 17). Des réservoirs (18, 19) d'eau chaude et d'eau froide comportent une admission de vapeur et une admission d'eau provenant d'un conduit d'eau chaude. Les gaz comprimés et de type fumée qui se forment dans la chambre de combustion (1) sont refroidis dans l'économiseur sous pression (2) de manière à séparer les gouttelettes d'humidité, ainsi que dans le régénérateur de réfrigération (4). Les gaz sont ensuite détendus dans le turbo-détendeur (7) et refroidis jusqu'à ce que l'on atteigne la température de formation de dioxyde de carbone solide. On procède enfin à la fusion du dioxyde de carbone solide une fois celui-ci séparé dans le séparateur (8) et chargé dans le liquéfacteur (13).
