Abstract

Un système client-serveur comprend un téléimprimeur interactif présentant une diffusion de données à contenu en direct changeant dynamiquement dans le temps. Le contenu en direct peut comprendre des informations textuelles, graphiques, audio, vidéo, ainsi que d'autres informations multimédia. Le téléimprimeur interactif est diffusé indépendamment de la diffusion vidéo, présentant à l'utilisateur un contenu en direct pouvant être sélectionné de manière interactive avec le contenu d'un programme de télévision. Le système permet d'obtenir une interface dynamique organisée en catégories d'informations présentant un intérêt pour les utilisateurs, de manière coordonnée et cohérente. L'utilisateur peut sélectionner efficacement un contenu en direct adapté et personnalisé en une catégorie ou en plusieurs catégories présentant un intérêt pour l'utilisateur, de manière intégrée au programme de télévision. Le système permet d'obtenir une liaison avec une page du Web sur un site internet afin de présenter un contenu de l'internet se rapportant à la catégorie de contenu en direct présentant un intérêt. Un agent intelligent peut surveiller passivement les catégories de menu sélectionnées qu'un utilisateur peut explorer sur la base de types de configurations passés de l'utilisateur que le client utilise.
