Abstract

L'invention concerne un transporteur motorisé (20, 120, 220) destiné à un environnement de local stérile. On déplace les objets au moyen de rouleaux à glissement (52, 152) placés sur des arbres de rouleaux (50, 150). Les arbres de rouleaux (150) sont entraînés par une chaîne (34) et un pignon (46, 48) ou par une courroie (224, 228) et une poulie (222, 246). Les mécanismes d'entraînement sont disposés dans une enceinte (29, 129, 229). Un joint d'étanchéité (70, 72) de l'arbre de rouleau retient les matières particulaires à l'intérieur de l'enceinte et interdit au flux d'air de pénétrer l'enceinte. Un système d'aspiration (30) évacue de l'enceinte l'air et les matières particulaires. Les arbres de rouleaux (50) peuvent s'étendre en travers du trajet (53) de la surface mobile ou en travers d'une partie seulement dudit trajet.
