Abstract

The present invention pertains to the construction and the protection of ecological habitation premises for human beings, and essentially relates to a mobile system for reducing the exhaust-gas pollution rate in the stagnant regions of the ground atmospheric layer. This system comprises a controlled and semi-rigid aerostatic apparatus having a thermostatic ballasting as well as a gondola. The upper end of an elastic sleeve is connected to the gondola through a hinged suspension, while its lower reception end is connected through a quick-release lock to an aspiration device mounted on an automotive vehicle. The aspiration device includes a reversible discharge fan with a guiding apparatus. The elastic sleeve has a resilient stretching capacity of between 0.15 and 0.35 time its length. The length of the elastic sleeve hinged suspension and the distance between adjacent spacer rings represent respectively from 0.05 to 3.0 times and from 0.1 to 3.0 times the diameter at the cross section of said elastic sleeve. The maximal length of the elastic sleeve cross section with the cowling and the diameter of the elastic sleeve are respectively from 1.2 to 3.5 times and from 1.3 to 12.0 times larger than the maximal width of said cross section and than the radius of curvature of said cowling. The upper and lower ends of the flexible connection are respectively connected to the gondola and to the quick-release lock.
