Metallgekapselte, gasisolierte Schaltanlagen mit gasgefullten BehalternMetal-enclosed, gas-insulated switchgear with gas-filled containers
The invention relates to metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated switchgear assemblies, in particular switchgear assemblies of medium-voltage technology, with three-position switches arranged together in gas-filled containers and with circuit breakers, in particular with vacuum circuit breakers, the containers carrying out connections for connecting the three-position switch to busbars and bushings arranged outside the container to connect the circuit breakers to the cable connections of the switchgear located outside the container.
The three-position switch and the circuit breaker, which are designed here as vacuum protection devices, are housed together in the gas-filled container.
2The three-position switches located in the containers are connected to the busbars located completely outside the containers via so-called bushings which penetrate the container in a gas-tight manner in the upper area. For the cable connections, which are also supplied from the outside, there are further bushings in the lower area of the container, while cable plug connections are accessible via gas-tight bushings on the front. Each container generally carries at least six gas-tight welded bushings, onto which the cable connector connections can be plugged directly, for example via external cone systems. Surge arresters or battery test devices can then also be connected to the cable connector connections as required. 2
The containers of these systems are therefore hermetically welded and sealed accordingly without services. Welded switchgear of this type places very high demands on the design and the quality control during production, since errors that occur during the final inspection phase as well as later during operation require very complex repair work or, in serious cases, the complete replacement of one or more switch panels Switchgear.
The object on which the invention is based is to considerably improve the concept of these metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated switchgear assemblies with regard to the structural design and, moreover, to simplify the handling in the event of errors, but without the very advantageous characteristics of these switchgear assemblies with regard to their service life and their high level To limit operational reliability. According to the invention, this is achieved by features 1.1. The switchgear assemblies are implemented by modularly structured switch panels,
1.2 die modularstrukturierten Schaltfelder weisen jeweils einen die Dreistellungsschalter und die Sammelschienen gemeinsam aufnehmenden, hermetisch abgeschlossenen er- sten Schalterraum und einen die Leistungsschalter aufnehmenden, hermetisch abgeschlossenen zweiten Schalterraum auf,1.2 the modularly structured switchgear panels each have a hermetically sealed first switch compartment which receives the three-position switches and the busbars and a hermetically sealed second switch compartment which holds the circuit breakers,
1.3 in den Schaltfeldern sind die Dreistellungsschalter mit einer Schubstange gesteuert nebeneinander und die Lei- stungsschalter hintereinander angeordnet,1.3 in the switch panels, the three-position switches are controlled side by side with a push rod and the circuit breakers are arranged one behind the other,
1.4 der erste Schalterraum des Schaltfeldes ist nach außen hin durch eine druckmindernde und storlichtbogenfeste Feldabdeckung mit nach oben freien Luftaustritt begrenzt, 3 1.5 die Durchfuhrungen sind durch gasdichte Modulkupplungseinrichtungen oder durch gasdichte Kabeldurchführungen realisiert, wobei αer erste und der zweite Schalterraum jeweils mit einer αer Anzahl von Dreistellungsschaltern entsprechenden1.4 the first switch compartment of the switch panel is limited on the outside by a pressure-reducing and arcing-proof field cover with an air outlet that is free at the top, 3 1.5 the bushings are realized by gas-tight module coupling devices or by gas-tight cable bushings, where the first and second switch compartments each correspond to a number of three-position switches
Number of module coupling devices are connected and the second switch compartment is equipped with a number of cable bushings corresponding to the number of circuit breakers.
With the new, modularly structured control panels, in which the three-position switches and the busbars in the area of their electrical connections are each housed in a first, hermetically sealed switch room and the circuit breakers - separated from these components - in a second, hermetically sealed, switch room the switchgear is manufactured and maintained in functional units that are overall less complex. In this context, hermetically sealed switch spaces are preferably to be understood as electrically welded, sealless containers.
Die Schalterraume werden dabei m besonders vorteilhafter Weise mit Durchf hrungen versehen, die als gasdichte Modul- kupplungseirichtungen die Montage und die Demontage dieserIn a particularly advantageous manner, the switch spaces are provided with bushings which act as gas-tight module coupling devices for the assembly and disassembly of these
Enabling switchgear with practically no additional expenses in connection with the insulating gases. This applies in particular to the replacement of individual components of the switchgear, such as the three-position switches or the circuit breakers, in the event of a fault, in which only the defective part is replaced compared to the known switchgear. The use of uniform module coupling devices as a gas-tight link between different switch spaces enables the modular structure of the switch panels in particularly easy 4 rather way. Due to the three-position switches arranged next to each other in the first switch room, which are arranged in the rotating plane of their contacts parallel to the front of the switch panel and thus require a small installation volume, they can be operated together with a push rod using relatively simple control mechanisms. The rear-end arrangement of the circuit breakers in the second switch compartment also serves the same purpose.
Thanks to the field cover which delimits the first switch compartment and the pressure relief duct of the switch panels, the safety requirements for personal protection are met despite the compact design of these switchgear.

The invention is explained in more detail by means of figurative, highly simplified exemplary embodiments in two figures, with FIG. 1 in the right front view showing a possible configuration of a switchgear assembly with two separate switch compartments, which, as can be seen from the side view shown on the left, as a switchgear assembly with a longitudinal coupling is carried out, while FIG. 2 depicts a modified switchgear with three mutually independent switch rooms.
Die Modulkupplungsemrichten MK sind derart konzipiert, daß sie bedarfsweise als Ringkernwandler ausgeführte Stromwandler SW - wie angedeutet - aufnehmen können.FIG. 1 shows a metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated switchgear in the front and side view, which contains the control panel SF and a further control panel SFn to form a system variant with a longitudinal coupling. In the control panel SF, the first hermetically sealed switch compartment Rl with the three-position switches DS ... and the corresponding busbars SS ... located therein, which can be controlled by means of a push rod SG, and the second, hermetically sealed switch compartment R2 are located in the lower region thereof provided with the circuit breakers LS, cable bushings KD and plug sockets SB. Furthermore, it can be seen that the first switch room Rl is delimited at the top by the field cover SA which is resistant to arcing faults and, in connection with the pressure relief channel DK passing through the switching field SF, in a fault leads the heating gases out of the switching field SF in the direction of the arrow upwards. With the expanded metal inserts SM within the field cover SA it is indicated that 7 that in connection with this a corresponding heat dissipation takes place, so that personal safety is fully effective in the event of an accident. In addition, several module coupling devices can be seen, of which only one module coupling device is designated MK for the sake of clarity, which connect the first and the second switch room R1, R2 in such a way that between the hermetically sealed switch rooms R1, R2 both in the assembled and in the disassembled State of the control panel SF no gas exchange between these switch spaces R1, R2 can take effect. With these module coupling devices MK it is ensured that no additional gas-related expenses are required, both during assembly and during dismantling in the event of maintenance. The module coupling devices MK are designed in such a way that, as indicated, they can accommodate current transformers SW designed as toroidal transformers.
To the left of the front view of the control panel SF, the same and an additional additional control panel SFn can be seen in the side view as are provided for the implementation of a switchgear assembly with a long coupling. In addition to the connections of the two switch spaces R1, R2 with the module coupling devices, of which only one module coupling device is designated MK for a better overview, it can be seen that the switching field SF with the further switching field SFn via field coupling devices, only one is shown here and designated with FK, is connected. These field coupling devices FK have the same properties as the module coupling devices MK and are identical to those and can be equipped with current transformers SW - as indicated - for measurement purposes in the same way.
FIG. 2 shows a further metal-encapsulated, gas-insulated switchgear, in which the SF compared to the m 1 switchgear shown, the cable bushings KD are housed in a separate third switch room R3. As can be seen, the second switch room R2 is connected both to the first switch room R1 and to the third switch room R3 through the module coupling devices MK. If necessary, the cable bushings KD can thus be replaced without interfering with the first and second gas-filled switch compartments R1, R2.
