Abstract

La présente invention concerne une couronne monobloc de bague de butée à plages unidirectionnellement biseautées destinées à des pompes haute pression à piston à plateau oscillant à déplacement positif et similaires. La couronne de la bague comporte une pluralité de coussinets paliers identiques faisant partie intégrante de la couronne de la bague. Chaque coussinet palier inclut une partie biseautée, une partie plate, et une fente de communication fluidique qui font partie intégrante du coussinet palier. Pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe, la surface de came du plateau oscillant tourne par rapport à la couronne de bague, développant ainsi un film hydrodynamique pressurisé porteur de charge qui se caractérise par une diminution d'épaisseur et une augmentation de puissance entre une contre-plaque du plateau oscillant en rotation et la couronne de bague.
