Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de récipients pressurisés destinés à des fluides tels que le propane ou le butane. Ce procédé consiste à réaliser en matière plastique une garniture intérieure (1) étanche aux fluides et présentant une symétrie de rotation. On utilise à cet effet une technique de moulage par injection, de moulage par soufflage ou de rotomoulage tout en ménageant un orifice central (20) à l'une des extrémités (le dessus) de la garniture. Le procédé consiste ensuite à entourer la garniture intérieure d'une armature de fibres (2) imprégnée d'adhésif et mise à durcir par la suite. En l'occurrence, pendant ou après la réalisation de la garniture intérieure (1), on équipe l'autre extrémité, axialement opposée à l'orifice central, d'un élément support (9) axialement pourvu d'un organe de centrage (9A). La garniture intérieure (1) est montée rotative sur son axe par coopération avec l'orifice central (20) et l'organe de centrage, un pointeau à rotation ou perforateur (11, 13) entrant en coopération avec l'organe de centrage (9A), et la garniture intérieure montée étant mise en rotation pour enrouler l'armature de fibres.
