Abstract

In this method, the refractive relationship along the path of the rays (5-7) is measured, or pre-set from experimental values, for a plurality of rays distributed over a surface and each emitted from one point (P). The distances along the path of the incident rays between the surfaces cut by the path of the rays are then measured or pre-set from experimental values. From these values, the nominal shape of at least one of the surfaces cut by the paths of the rays is then calculated in such a way that the ray paths, if possible, intersect at one point. With the thus calculated values, optic devices (3) placed on the cornea surface (8-10), inserted into the cornea interior, attached in the front eye segment (11) and inserted into the eye interior can be calculated, in order to mathematically simulate all measures altering the refractive power in the eye, before the measure is taken. As an example, a device for the production of a synthetic lens (14) is described.
