Abstract

Die Vorrichtung dient dem Einsprühen von Duftstoff in einen Raum. In einen Zuluftstrom einer Lüftungsanlage ist mindestens eine mit einem Duftstoffvorrat in Verbindung stehende Düse angeordnet. Sie liegt etwa mittig in einem dem Luftstrom umgebenden Zuluftkanal und ist am freien Ende einer in den Zuluftstrom hineinragenden Lanze befestigt. Die Lanze weist an ihrem der Düse abgewandten Ende eine quer zur Lanzenlängsachse angeordnete Grundplatte auf, mit der sie an einer Wandung des Zuluftkanals befestigbar ist. Der Duftstoffvorrat befindet sich in einem austauschbaren Vorratsbehälter, der eine verschließbare Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung aufweist. Bei dem Verfahren zur Aromatisierung von Raumluft wird in einen dem Raum zuzuführenden Zuluftstrom einer Lüftungsanlage ein Duftstoff gesprüht. Der Duftstoff wird aus einem Vorratsbehälter über eine Duftstoffleitung zu einer in dem Zuluftstrom angeordneten Düse geleitet. Er wird von einem Luftstrom, der aus der als Injektordüse ausgebildeten Düse austritt, aus einer Druckluftleitung mitgerissen und in den Zuluftstrom gesprüht. Im Vorratsbehälter wird ein Duftstoffvorrat mit Druck aus einer Druckluftleitung beaufschlagt und über die Duftstoffleitung der Düse zugeführt und versprüht.
