Terminal (1), comprenant: des moyens (2, 3) de saisie de paris; des moyens (7) d'impression d'informations sur un récépissé de pari; des moyens (3, 4, 14) de contrôle de la validité d'un récépissé reçu; des moyens (3, 15, 9, 4) de contrôle de la conformité des récépissés imprimés avec les informations à y imprimer; et des moyens (12) d'invalidation de récépissés, agencés pour être activés sous la commande des moyens de contrôle. L'invention s'applique bien aux jeux populaires de paris.

Description

TERMINAL DE PRISE DE JEU
L'invention concerne les jeux populaires et plus particulièrement ceux consistant à prendre des paris, généralement auprès de buralistes de jeu, sur une course de chevaux, un match de football, un tirage de loto, et autres événements.
Pour enregistrer les paris des joueurs, chaque buraliste est équipé d'un terminal de prise de jeu relié à une unité centrale distante gérant l'ensemble des prises de paris effectuées auprès de l'ensemble des terminaux formant un réseau de jeu.
Afin de prendre un pari, le joueur, à une course hippique par exemple, coche une grille de jeu, en indiquant son pronostic d'ordre d'arrivée des chevaux. La grille cochée est lue par un terminal de prise de jeu et l'unité centrale attribue à cette prise de pari un numéro d'identifiant. Le pari du joueur et son numéro d'identifiant sont alors imprimés, à l'aide du terminal, sur un récépissé remis au joueur.
Dans le cas où le pari du joueur se révèle gagnant, celui-ci doit présenter son récépissé à l'un des buralistes du réseau de jeu. La validité du récépissé est alors contrôlée par le terminal de prise de jeu du buraliste, en liaison avec l'unité centrale, avant le versement du gain au joueur.
Un tel contrôle vise notamment à éviter le versement d'un gain sur présentation d'un récépissé falsifié, mais n'a pas d'effet dissuasif visant à empêcher une tentative de fraude.
En outre, en dépit de la bonne foi du joueur, son récépissé peut porter des informations fausses ou illisibles, à cause de problèmes d'imprimante (électrique, mécanique ou de programmation), de papier d'impression (le plus souvent thermique), ou de transmission, dans le terminal de prise de jeu ayant imprimé le récépissé.
Bref, la sécurité des systèmes de prises de jeu de l'art antérieur n'est pas garantie.
L'invention vise à sécuriser les terminaux de prise de jeu. A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un terminal de prise de jeu, comprenant: - des moyens de saisie de paris;
- des moyens d'impression d'informations sur un récépissé de pari; et
- des moyens de contrôle de la validité d'un récépissé reçu; caractérisé par le fait que le terminal comporte :
- des moyens de contrôle de la conformité des récépissés imprimés avec les informations à y imprimer; et
- des moyens d'invalidation de récépissés, agencés pour être activés sous la commande des moyens de contrôle. On observera que les moyens d'invalidation peuvent être activés aussi bien par les moyens de contrôle de la conformité que par les moyens de contrôle de la validité.
Grâce à l'invention, un récépissé de pari gagnant est automatiquement invalidé, après sa validation, par le terminal. En outre, le terminal autocontrôle les informations qu'il imprime sur chaque récépissé afin de rendre non valables les récépissés erronés. Le terminal de l'invention contribue ainsi à sécuriser davantage les prises de pari.
Avantageusement, les moyens de contrôle de la validité et les moyens de contrôle de la conformité comprennent des moyens communs d'analyse d'image.
Dans une forme de réalisation préférée de l'invention, les moyens d'invalidation comprennent des moyens d'impression.
L'invalidation d'un récépissé s'effectue ainsi par un simple marquage des mots "non valide" par exemple.
Avantageusement, les moyens d'impression destinés à imprimer les récépissés de pari, et les moyens d'impression destinés à invalider des récépissés sont distincts.
De préférence encore, les moyens de saisie de paris comprennent les moyens d'analyse d'image communs aux moyens de contrôle.
Ainsi, dans ce dernier cas, les moyens d'analyse d'image sont prévus pour analyser, ou lire, non seulement les informations portées par les récépissés, mais également celles des supports de pari, tels que les grilles de jeu par exemple. L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide de la description suivante d'une forme de réalisation préférée du terminal de prise de jeu de l'invention en référence à la figure unique annexée qui représente un schéma bloc fonctionnel de celle-ci. Le terminal 1 de prise de jeu, équipant un buraliste de jeu, est connecté à une unité centrale 100 distante par l'intermédiaire du réseau de télécommunication commuté (RTC) 101, une pluralité de terminaux d'un réseau de jeu étant ainsi reliés à l'unité centrale 100. Le buraliste peut, à l'aide du terminal 1: - saisir les paris des joueurs pour les transmettre à l'unité centrale 100, et fournir aux joueurs des récépissés de pari, et
- contrôler la validité des récépissés de pari gagnant, à l'aide de l'unité centrale 100, avant de verser les gains correspondants aux joueurs. Le terminal 1 comprend une entrée manuelle 2 pour l'introduction de support d'informations dans le terminal 1.
Par définition, le support d'informations peut être un support de jeu sur lequel est inscrit le pari d'un joueur, ou un récépissé de pari. Par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'entraînement de support, l'entrée 2 communique avec un dispositif 3 d'analyse d'image comprenant un capteur CIS (Captor Image Sensor), destiné ici à lire des informations d'un support d'informations.
Le dispositif 3 d'analyse d'image communique également avec la sortie d'un bloc 8 d'impression de récépissé comprenant une tête d'écriture 7, ici thermique, un rouleau 6 débiteur de papier en bande, monté sur l'arbre de sortie d'un moteur d'entraînement en rotation, et un coupe-papier 16 pour couper les récépissés, associé à un dispositif d'entraînement de papier. Le bloc d'impression 8 est connecté à un bloc 9 de commande d'impression, en l'espèce un microprocesseur, relié à une mémoire de travail 10.
Une tête 12 d'impression pour invalidation est disposée derrière le dispositif 3 d'analyse d'image suivant le sens d'entraînement des supports d'informations, l'ensemble formant un bloc de contrôle et d'invalidation 11 destiné à contrôler la validité O 98/15923
ou la conformité des récépissés puis à en invalider certains, comme cela sera explicité plus loin.
Le bloc de contrôle 11 est connecté à un microprocesseur 4 de commande d'analyse, relié à une mémoire de travail 5. En sortie, le bloc de contrôle 11 est relié à une sortie 17 d'éjection de support d'informations.
Le terminal 1 comprend également une interface homme- machine 13 reliée aux deux microprocesseurs de commande 4 et 9, et comportant un voyant de validité, et un voyant d'invalidité. Les deux microprocesseurs 4 et 9, connectés l'un à l'autre, sont également connectés à un bloc émetteur-récepteur 14 relié ici par liaison filaire, à l'unité centrale 100, via le réseau de télécommunication commuté (RTC) 101.
Enfin, les deux mémoires de travail 5 et 10 sont connectées respectivement aux deux entrées d'un comparateur 15 relié en sortie au microprocesseur 4 de commande d'analyse.
Après la description structurelle du terminal 1 de prise de jeu, son fonctionnement va maintenant être décrit.
Pour saisir le pari d'un joueur, son support de jeu est introduit manuellement dans le terminal de prise de jeu 1 par l'entrée 2. Après entraînement automatique du support de jeu de l'entrée 2 au dispositif 3 d'analyse d'image, sous la commande du microprocesseur 4, les informations du support, à savoir le pari du joueur, sont lues par le capteur CIS, puis enregistrées dans la mémoire de travail 5 et également transmises à l'unité centrale 100 distante à l'aide de l'émetteur-récepteur 14, via le réseau RTC 101. Le support de jeu est ensuite éjecté du terminal 1 par la sortie d'éjection 17.
L'unité centrale 100 enregistre le pari transmis et reçu, dans une base de données de l'ensemble des prises de paris effectués auprès de la pluralité des terminaux du réseau de jeu. En outre, l'unité centrale 100 attribue à la prise de pari du joueur, un numéro d'identifiant transmis en retour au terminal 1, puis enregistré, après réception par le bloc 14, dans la mémoire 5 contenant déjà le pari du joueur. Sous la commande du microprocesseur d'analyse 4, le contenu de la mémoire 5 est transféré dans la mémoire 10, et le microprocesseur 9 commande au bloc d'impression 8 d'imprimer le pari et le numéro d'identifiant du joueur sur un récépissé. Le rouleau de papier 6 est alors entraîné en rotation afin d'alimenter la tête d'impression 7 activée.
Après l'impression par la tête 7, le récépissé est coupé (16) et entraîné au bloc de contrôle et d'invalidation 11.
Le pari et le numéro d'identifiant, imprimés sur le récépissé, sont lus par le capteur CIS du dispositif d'analyse 3, et les informations lues sont stockées dans la mémoire 5 initialement vide.
Après l'impression et l'analyse des informations imprimées, les contenus respectifs des deux mémoires 5 et 10 sont comparés entre eux à l'aide du comparateur 15. En cas d'identité, les informations imprimées sur le récépissé étant conformes aux informations à y imprimer (pari et numéro d'identifiant), le récépissé est éjecté par la sortie 17, sous la commande du microprocesseur 4.
En cas de non conformité du récépissé, en raison d'une erreur d'impression par exemple, le micro-processeur 4 active la tête d'invalidation 12 afin d'imprimer « non valide » sur le récépissé, ensuite éjecté par la sortie 17.
Afin de contrôler la validité d'un récépissé portant un pari gagnant, le récépissé, introduit manuellement dans le terminal 1 par l'entrée 2, est analysé par le bloc 3 d'analyse d'image. Le numéro d'identifiant et le pari imprimés sur le récépissé sont lus et transmis à l'unité centrale 100 à l'aide du bloc émetteur-récepteur 14, via le réseau RTC 101.
L'unité centrale 100 contrôle la validité du récépissé, et informe le terminal 1 de sa validité ou de sa non-validité, en transmettant des informations spécifiques reçues par le bloc 14 et transmises au microprocesseur 4.
En cas de validité du récépissé, le voyant de validité de l'interface homme-machine 13 s'allume, et la tête d'invalidation 12 est activée afin d'imprimer "non valide" sur le récépissé, sous la commande du microprocesseur 4. Le récépissé invalidé, ne pouvant ainsi plus faire l'objet d'une nouvelle validation ultérieure, est éjecté du terminal 1 par la sortie 17.
En cas d'invalidité, le récépissé est directement éjecté du terminal 1, et le voyant d'invalidité s'allume. Une variante de réalisation du terminal de prise de jeu, ne comprend qu'une seule tête d'impression à la fois destinée à imprimer les récépissés et à les invalider. Le terminal comporte, dans ce cas, un système de recul afin de faire reculer les récépissés, après impression et analyse et avant la coupe et l'éjection, vers la tête d'impression pour invalidation.

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Terminal de prise de jeu (1), comprenant:
- des moyens (2, 3) de saisie de paris; - des moyens (7) d'impression d'informations sur un récépissé de pari; et
- des moyens (3, 4, 14) de contrôle de la validité d'un récépissé reçu; caractérisé par le fait que le terminal (1) comporte : - des moyens (3, 15, 9, 4) de contrôle de la conformité des récépissés imprimés avec les informations à y imprimer; et
- des moyens (12) d'invalidation de récépissés, agencés pour être activés sous la commande des moyens de contrôle.
2 - Terminal selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens (3, 4,14) de contrôle de la validité et les moyens (3, 15, 9, 4) de contrôle de la conformité comprennent des moyens communs (3) d'analyse d'image.
