  • the drive shaft 2, 3 is provided with a slot 16 or the like to permit a lifting belt 4 to be attached to the drive shaft (Fig. 5 and 6) .
  • the slot 16 forms a cleft at the end of the drive shaft. In the axial direction of the shaft, the slot 16 extends through a distance at least corresponding to the width of the lifting belt 4.
  • the loop at the end of the lifting belt 4 is placed on the shaft 2 so that part of the loop is in the slot 16.
  • the edges of the slot are preferably rounded.
  • the end of the drive shaft 2 is provided with a flange element 17 to prevent the lifting belt 4 from coming off the shaft 2 as it is wound up on the shaft.
  • the flange element 17 has a diameter substantially larger than that of the shaft 2.
  • the flange element comprises a counter element 18 designed to fit into the slot 16.
  • the counter element 18 prevents the shaft end segments 2', 2 ' ' on opposite sides of the slot 16 from being pressed together.
  • the shaft end is provided with a cen- tral mortise 19, in which case the counter element 18 of the flange 17 is a projection, sleeve or the like that fits into the mortise.
  • a cut-out 20 that fits onto the shaft end so that the flange element can be firmly fixed to the end of the drive shaft 2 by means of fixing elements 21, such as screws.

Abstract

Un dispositif de levage, destiné notamment aux postes d'empilement et de dépilement de lignes de manutention de panneaux, comprend un châssis de levage pouvant être monté et descendu (1), et un système permettant de monter et de descendre ledit châssis. Le système permettant de monter et de descendre le châssis de levage comprend au moins un arbre d'entraînement (2, 3) et au moins deux courroies de levage (4, 5, 6, 7). Celles-ci ont une première extrémité fixée sur l'arbre (2, 3) de façon que les courroies puissent s'enrouler autour de lui, et une seconde extrémité fixée sur le châssis de levage (1), ou bien disposée de façon à passer par une poulie de dérivation du châssis et fixée sur la structure châssis du dispositif de levage.
