L'invention concerne des molécules d'acides nucléiques isolés codant pour les protéines de l'endosperme END1 et NUC1. Elle concerne également des vecteurs capables d'exprimer lesdites molécules, des cellules hôtes contenant lesdits vecteurs et des polypeptides codés par lesdits acides nucléiques. Elle concerne enfin des molécules d'acides nucléiques contenant des promoteurs de END1 et NUC1.
