Abstract

Le bras articulé comporte des première (10) et seconde (11) sections tubulaires reliées par une articulation (12) qui comprend un noyau cylindrique (13) présentant un orifice axial recevant un axe rattaché par ses extrémités à des oreilles (15, 15a) entre lesquelles tourne le noyau (13). Deux membres (16, 17) partent du noyau (13) et des oreilles (15, 15a) pour se joindre aux sections (10, 11) orientées selon un angle par rapport au plan normal à l'axe de l'articulation (12). La première section (10) reçoit un ressort de traction, uni par un élément flexible, reposant sur le noyau (13), à la seconde section (11). Cet élément flexible est constitué par une bande plane (18, 40) en plastique, ayant des filaments métalliques internes de renforcement (18a, 40a) et dans laquelle sont incorporés, au niveau de ses deux extrémités des terminaux métalliques (19, 20) formés par coulage ou injection afin d'unir la bande (18, 40) au ressort de traction au niveau d'une extrémité et l'unir au second bras (11) au niveau de l'autre extrémité.
