Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure umfaßt folgende Stufen: (a) Herstellung eines gasförmigen, die Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure enthaltenden Reaktionsprodukts, das im wesentlichen die Zusammensetzung eines Reaktionsgemisches der katalytischen Gasphasenoxidation von C3-/C4-Alkanen, -Alkenen, -Alkanolen und/oder -Alkanalen und/oder Vorstufen davon zu Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure hat, (b) Absorption des Reaktionsprodukts mit einem Lösungsmittelgemisch aus mindestens einem Lactam gelöst in mindestens einem polaren organischen Lösungsmittel, und (c) Destillation des mit Reaktionsprodukt beladenen Lösungsmittelgemisches unter Erhalt einer Roh-Acrylsäure oder Roh-Methacrylsäure und des Lösungsmittelgemisches.
