Abstract
Minoterie occupant moins de place et ne nécessitant pas la construction d'un bâtiment à plusieurs étages. Dans une 'bluteuse à sens unique', le centre de gravité se trouve au milieu. Les deux passages, celui à droite et celui à gauche, sont accessibles depuis l'avant. Dans une 'bluteuse à trois passes', le centre de gravité se trouve au milieu. Un des passages est à gauche et l'autre est à droite. Le troisième passage est situé derrière le centre de gravité. Dans l'unité de traitement de son, le produit sortant de la brosse à son peut être stocké dans l'unité d'ensachage avec des dépôts sans instruments de transfert, et être ensaché. L'unité de tri complète consiste en l'assemblage de l'équipement de postmoulage sur un châssis sans montage dans un bâtiment. Les cerces de bluteuse de la bluteuse à sens unique peuvent être introduites dans les sections entre les unités d'ensachage et en être extraites. Selon le plan d'écoulement, le produit à base de semoule trié dans la bluteuse (x) est traité dans la soufflante à semoule (u) après avoir été moulu trois fois ou traité de nouveau dans la soufflante à semoule après avoir été moulu deux ou trois fois. Dans le deuxième passage de la bluteuse, le rendement obtenu est bluté séparément avec les très faibles rendements du filtre et de la brosse à son.
