Abstract

Un sac pour courrier rembourré comprend des enveloppes extérieures (1 et 2) en papier kraft munies d'une doublure interne amortissant les chocs, ainsi que des feuilles (3 et 4) et des feuilles (5 et 6), un côté desquelles comporte des alvéoles remplies d'air (7). Les alvéoles de la feuille (3) sont adjacentes à la surface plane de la feuille (4) tandis que les alvéoles de la feuille (5) sont adjacentes à la surface plane de la feuille (6). L'intérieur (8) du sac possède des surfaces lisses. Les côtés périphériques fermés (9) du sac sont thermocollés, une pression étant exercée pour fusionner ensemble les feuilles (3, 4, 5 et 6) et les enveloppes extérieures (1 et 2). L'ouverture du sac comporte un rabat. Les feuilles (3 et 4) sont fusionnées à l'enveloppe (1) tandis que les feuilles (5 et 6) sont fusionnées à l'enveloppe (2), ce qui permet de glisser le contenu du sac à l'intérieur (8) de ce dernier.
