Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlußvorrich¬ tung für einen Fahrzeugtank-Einfüllstutzen, der eine mit einer Klappe versehene Öffnung für den Durchtritt des Füllrohres ei¬ ner Zapfpistole aufweist, wobei die Klappe durch eine Feder ge¬ gen den unterseitigen Rand der Öffnung vorgespannt ist.The present invention relates to a closure device for a vehicle tank filler neck, which has an opening provided with a flap for the passage of the filling pipe of a fuel nozzle, the flap being biased by a spring against the underside edge of the opening.
Beim Abziehen der Zapfpistole schließt die Klappe durch Federkraft. Diese Konstruktion hat zur Folge, daß ein allfälli- ger Kraftstoffrest über der Klappe in der Einfüllstutzenmündung stehenbleiben kann. Die Erfindung setzt sich zum Ziel, eine Verschlußvorrichtung der einleitend genannten Art so weiterzu¬ bilden, daß ein Verbleib von Restkraftstoff oberhalb der Klappe vermieden wird bzw. dieser Restkraftstoff wiedergewonnen werden kann. Dieses Ziel wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß die Klappe zusätzlich mit Hilfe einer Anpreßeinrichtung in Schließrichtung belastbar ist und in die Bewegungsbahn der Klappe im Bereich vor ihrer Schließstellung ein Rastvorsprung ragt, an dem die Klappe durch ein elastisches Ausweichen der Klappe und/oder des Rastvorsprunges unter Kraftaufbringung vor¬ beibewegbar ist.When the nozzle is removed, the flap closes by spring force. Der Anpreßfinger 10 ist bei dem gezeigten Beispiel em zweiarmiger Hebel, und die Betatigungsemrichtung 11 umfaßt einen verschwenkbaren, an sei- nem Ende mit einer federbelasteten Andruckrolle 12 versehenen Nocken 13, welcher auf den einen Hebelarm des Anpreßfingers 10 drückt und dessen anderen Hebelarm gegen die Unterseite der Klappe 5 preßt (Fig. 3) . Der Rastvorsprung 16 wird bei dem gezeigten Beispiel durch eine radial einwärts gerichtete Riefe m einer Federzunge 17 gebildet, die am Rand der Öffnung 3 in Axialrichtung eingespannt ist. Durch das Ein¬ führen des Fullrohres 4 (Fig. 1) wird die Klappe 5 an dem Rast¬ vorsprung 16 vorbeigedruckt, wobei die Federzunge 17 elastisch ausweicht. Beim Abziehen des Fullrohres 4 nach beendetem Tank- Vorgang, wenn der Anpreßfmger 10 noch nicht betätigt ist (Fig. 2), liegt die Klappe 5 vor dem Erreichen ihrer Schlie߬ stellung am Rastvorsprung 16 auf, so daß em kleiner Spalt 18 für den Ablauf des Restkraftstoffes verbleibt. Es versteht sich, daß die Federkräfte der Feder 6 und der Federzunge 17 so aufeinander abgestimmt sem müssen, daß die Kraft der Feder 6 alleine nicht in der Lage ist, die Klappe 5 am Rastvorsprung 16 vorbeizudrucken. Erst die zusätzliche Kraft des Anpreßfingers 10 vermag die Klappe 5 am Rastvorsprung 16 vorbei in ihre Schließstellung zu drucken (Fig. 3) . Die Erfindung ist selbstverständlich nicht auf die darge¬ stellte Form des Rastvorsprunges beschrankt, vielmehr kann iede in der Technik bekannte Rastkonstruktion verwendet werden. Bei¬ spielsweise konnte anstelle der gezeigten Federzunge 17 eme elastische Kunststofflippe vorgesehen werden, oder auch em Rastmechanismus am Ort der Anlenkung der Klappe 5. Anstelle oder zusätzlich zu der elastischen Ausbildung oder Lagerung des Rastvorsprunges 16 konnte sogar die Klappe selbst oder zumin¬ dest em Teil derselben elastisch ausgebildet oder angelenkt sem, um ein Vorbeidrucken z.B. an einem starren Rastvorsprung 16 zu ermöglichen, oder auch nur um das Überwinden eines ela¬ stischen Rastvorsprunges 16 zu unterstützen.
