Abstract

Système et procédé de régulation de volume d'air dans des fours de séchage après peinture d'automobiles, prévoyant dans les dispositifs d'entrée (1) et de sortie (15) des vannes papillons (6, 11) entraînées par des servomoteurs électriques (18) pouvant adopter, toutes les vannes simultanément, trois positions préétablies (7-9, 12-14) afin de modifier le volume d'air en maintenant la pression intérieure, facilitant la réalisation dans le cycle de peinture, avant la cuisson de la peinture, de deux opérations: application de chaque revêtement de peinture à base d'eau à un débit approprié de 11 000 ou 14 000 CFM (pieds cubiques par minute) et séchage, le volume d'air étant porté pour cette opération au niveau maximum de 19 000 CFM. Une certaine économie d'énergie est obtenue du fait de la réutilisation d'une partie de l'air chauffé dans le dispositif d'entrée (1). Le dispositif, dans une version améliorée, comprend un système de commande (16-18) en boucle fermée de la pression interne qui agit sur la position de la vanne de sortie (12-14).
