Abstract

Cette invention concerne un procédé consistant à produire séparément des pièces formant un article, à assembler ces pièces, et à effectuer leur frittage commun par diffusion à travers une couche d'un matériau pulvérulent et à faible dispersion, ce matériau étant déposé à la surface des pièces avant leur assemblage et par une technique de coulage en barbotine. Lors du processus de frittage, l'endroit réservé à la connexion des pièces est rempli de cuivre (ou d'alliage de cuivre), ceci en incorporant le cuivre (ou l'alliage de cuivre) dans un mélange et dans une proportion qui permette de dépasser la limite de solubilité du cuivre dans le matériau dont sont faites lesdites pièces. On effectue ensuite une nouvelle répartition du cuivre depuis le volume occupé par les pièces, où il se trouve en excédent, vers la zone de connexion, ceci par l'action de forces capillaires. Ce procédé permet d'accroître la solidité de la connexion ainsi que la précision dans la préparation de tels articles.
