Abstract
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de résection de tissus comportant un arbre (22), un élément tranchant (18) jouxtant l'ouverture, et un mécanisme de découpage placé dans la lumière de l'arbre. Une surface électroconductrice (23) proche de l'élément tranchant (18) sert à appliquer une énergie à des fins de coagulation ou d'ablation à la surface des tissus restants. De préférence l'élément tranchant (18) comprendra un fil électrochirurgical transversal de découpe, et la surface conductrice (23), un rouleau aligné avec le fil pour que, lorsque le fil détache une bande de tissu, à l'extrémité proximale, ladite bande soit aspirée par l'ouverture tandis que le rouleau cautérise tout vaisseau sanguin ouvert.
