Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation de production d'au moins une bande de tricot (10) avec insertion de fils élastiques crochetés (8). Cette installation comporte au moins un dispositif de tricotage de bande (20) doté d'aiguilles de tricotage (28), de guides de fil de trame (48,50), de guides de fil élastique (46) et de guides de fil de chaîne (52), reposant sur les barres correspondantes (44,51,54). Afin de permettre une fabrication et un façonnage particulièrement faciles, économiques et sûrs des fils élastiques crochetés (8), l'invention intègre à l'installation un dispositif de crochetage (82) où les fils élastiques nus (2) sont crochetés avec la laine (4) au moyen d'aiguilles de tricotage (86) et de guides de laine (104) de telle façon que chaque fil élastique (8) soit produit directement en ligne et amené directement au dispositif de tricotage de bande (20).
