Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation simultanée, séparée ou séquentielle, d'une part d'un glucocorticoïde tel que le cortisol, l'un de ses dérivés ou l'un de ses analogues, et d'autre part d'un anti-glucocorticoïde tel que le déhydroépiandrostérone (DHEA), l'un de ses dérivés ou l'un de ses analogues, pour une thérapie dirigée contre des infections chroniques telles que la tuberculose, l'infection par le VIH, la leishmaniose et la syphilis.
