Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un système thermorégulateur conçu pour être utilisé avec le système de refroidissement (10) de machineries lourdes. Un réseau de volets réglables (20) bloque sélectivement le flux d'air chaud provenant de l'échappement (16) d'un système de refroidissement (10) et dirige l'air chauffé à travers un système de conduite régulateur (36), lequel recycle l'air en direction de l'admission (18) du système de refroidissement (10). Un amortisseur (40) commande la quantité d'air autorisée à s'écouler à travers le système de conduite régulateur (36). L'air chauffé fournit une énergie thermique additionnelle aux systèmes de refroidissement (10) qui ne produisent pas une température de fonctionnement interne suffisante pour fonctionner avec succès par temps froid.
