Description

PALILLO HIGIÉNICO PARA LIMPIEZA DE OÍDOS HYGIENIC STICK FOR EAR CLEANING

DESCRIPCIÓNDESCRIPTION

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention object of the present specification refers to a hygienic stick, of those commonly used for ear cleaning, which characterizes a structure and configuration that facilitates the collection of the earwax and its internal accumulation.

ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The ear cleaning sticks are configured thin, either solid or tubular cylindrical and generally have, at one of their ends, an accumulation of fiber, natural or plastic, as a residue of a traditional hand spinning spindle.

These sticks, extraordinarily suitable for the service to which they are intended, have, however, the disadvantage of their own configuration, at the time of their use.

Indeed, this more or less solid arrangement of its end facilitates the collection of the earwax while it adheres to the threads but stops doing so as it accumulates so that, in general, a stick is not enough to perform a cleaning Complete auditory canal.

The applicant is the utility model ns of application U 9402805 (2), of the same denomination and consisting of an elongated structure that presents at its upper end a head, in the form of a curved envelope, derived from the stick body itself, with an internal hole, the envelope surface being lined, as in conventional sticks, of a sensitive pickup material.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention object of the current proposal consists of a hygienic stick for cleaning ears, of those configured from an elongated shaft and of sufficient extension to be taken between the fingers and to be able to introduce one of its ends in the pavilion and even in the ear canal, for the purpose of collecting the accumulated earwax outside and in the walls of the duct.

This stick, configured in its outer shell either cylindrical, either oval, elliptical or in any other geometric section, regular or irregular, is preferably in homogeneous material in plastic, such as PVC or any thermo-injected product, just as in a product of natural origin, such as tension paper and, in general, any cellulosic product that, if possible, has a long fiber structure, for better handling.

Its configuration can be smooth or rough, although it has to fulfill the condition of being a minimally absorbent and spongy product, in order to meet the intended objectives.

As regards its cleaning end, the structure must be widely elastic, in order to be able to adapt easily to the duct, but not to the end of not exerting a certain pressure on the walls of the duct, which is what determines and allows the adhesion and extraction of earwax, varying these structures in function of the final configurative finishes that will be described below.

The main execution of the stick end will be configured in the form of hollow sectors between generatrices of revolution figures, that is to say in the case of the sphere, of spherical caps, while in ovoids they would be casquetoidal figures, etc.

These caps would be linked together in the respective polar zones, so that this loop would determine a frontal point of attack of the stick with respect to the auditory pavilion and conduit.

This aiming is the one that is introduced in the external earwax or in the peripheral to the duct and, with the rotation of the shaft, it progressively passes, by simple sliding, to the inside of the cap, where it accumulates next to the detached by the same system through the remaining caps of the stick, in this rotation of the same.

This execution is valid for any multiplicity of caps, spaced from each other and whose envelope is the sphere, the ovoid, etc. of the stick, provided there is enough space between these caps to allow that main function of internal accumulation of the earwax.

The above is also valid for the casquetoidal figures constituted of those other more complex figures configured by helical caps that, obviously, can be arranged in a multiplicity of similar pieces but with the difference of being configured both in single-turn spirals as in addition, the enclosing surface may describe a cylindrical, spherical, ovoidal figure, etc. Another variant, for any of these described wrapping forms, consists in playing with the elasticity of the end of the stick, reducing that of the wrapping caps and strengthening it internally, based on prolonging the shaft and, at its prolonged end, performing two or more derivations of this extension, in thin plates that describe the caps until they join inferiorly to the body of the shaft, forming a unit with it.

In this variant, this greater elasticity of the cap is used to start the collection of the earwax instead of the end loop, as was the case in the previous case.

Finally, the end cap can reduce its width, adequately modifying its elasticity, until it becomes a narrow plate or wire, in a flat or twisted arrangement on themselves, to always have a clean edge fraction, which is the that rushes the earwax.

A different execution to these previous ones consists in that the end is configured in the form of disks, with the different possible forms described previously, united centrally to each other, forming this union a theoretical extension of the axis of the shaft.

Finally, it is also possible to reinforce these caps, plates or wires with an external enveloping surface, constituted by a filamentous material collecting the earwax.
