Abstract

Zum automatischen Einbau einer Kraftfahrzeugtür oder -klappe wird vor der Montage die Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie automatisch vermessen und danach die erforderliche Einbaulage des Bauteiles festgelegt, um eine das Einbauteil montierende Montagevorrichtung entsprechend zu steuern. Nach der Montage des Einbauteils wird die tatsächliche Position des Bauteils in bezug auf die Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie erneut gemessen. Aus der ermittelten Position des eingebauten Bauteils werden Korrekturdaten für die Montage des entsprechenden Bauteils der nachfolgenden Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie gewonnen.

Beschreibung
Verfahren zum automatischen Einbau eines Bauteiles einer Kraft- fahrzeugkarosserie
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum automatischen Einbau eines Bauteiles einer Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, insbesondere einer Fahrzeugtür oder Fahrzeugklappe, bei dem vor der Montage des Bauteils die Kraftfahrzeugkaros¬ serie automatisch vermessen, danach die erforderliche Einbaulage des Bauteiles festgelegt und eine das Einbau¬ teil montierende Montagevorrichtung entsprechend gesteu¬ ert wird.
Bauteile müssen meist in einer genau festgelegten Posi¬ tion zu anderen Bauteilen montiert werden. Bei Kraftfahr¬ zeugtüren genügt es beispielsweise nicht, diese vor dem Verschweißen ihrer Scharnierbleche mit der Kraftfahrzeug¬ karosserie mit einem Handhabungsgerät stets in die glei¬ che Position zu bringen, vielmehr muß man zunächst die Karosserie vermessen und dann die Lage der Kraftfahrzeug¬ tür so korrigieren, daß in der Türausnehmung nach allen Seiten hin gleich große Fugen entstehen. Ähnliche Pro¬ bleme treten auch bei der Motorhaube, bei Heckklappen und anderen Klappen auf, weil dort ungleich breite Fugen stark auffallen.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß trotz genauen Vermessens der Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie bislang keine voll befriedigende Paßgenauigkeit bei automatisch eingebauten Kraftfahrzeug¬ türen und Klappen zu erreichen ist. Ein nachträgliches Justieren solcher Kraftfahrzeugtüren und Klappen ist je¬ doch unerwünscht zeitaufwendig und unterbleibt meist aus Kostengründen. Der Verbraucher und selbst Autotester schließen jedoch meist aus ungleichmäßig breiten Fugen auf eine insgesamt schlechte Fertigungsqualität eines Fahrzeugs.
Der Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, ein Verfahren zum automatischen Einbau von Kraftfahrzeugtüren und -Klappen zu entwickeln, welches eine möglichst exakte Po¬ sitionierung dieser Bauteile in Bezug auf die Kraftfahr¬ zeugkarosserie ermöglicht, jedoch mit möglichst geringem Aufwand verwirklicht werden kann.
Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß nach der Montage des Einbauteils die tatsächliche Posi¬ tion des Bauteils in Bezug auf die Kraftfahrzeugkarosse¬ rie erneut gemessen wird und daß aus der ermittelten Po¬ sition des eingebauten Bauteils Korrekturdaten für die Montage des entsprechenden Bauteils der nachfolgenden Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie gewonnen werden.
Durch eine solche Verfahrensweise kann man nach der Mon¬ tage eines Bauteils, beispielsweise infolge von Durchbie¬ gungen tragender Bauteile, auftretende Ungenauigkeiten erfassen und mittels der gewonnenen Korrekturwerte si¬ cherstellen, daß bei der nächstfolgenden Montage diese Ungenauigkeiten nicht mehr auftreten. Bei dem erfindungs¬ gemäßen Verfahren kommt es automatisch zu einer Optimie¬ rung der Montagegenauigkeit, ohne daß man die Ursachen für eine Ungenauigkeit der Montage wissen muß. Bei Kraft¬ fahrzeugtüren ergibt es sich beispielsweise, daß aufgrund des Gewichtes der Kraftfahrzeugtüren sowohl ihre Schar¬ nierarme als auch die diese tragende B-Säule oder C-Säule sich verformen, so daß die Kraftfahrzeugtüre im vorderen Bereich eine tiefere Position einnehmen, als sich bei der Zuführung der Kraftfahrzeugtür ergibt. Bei dem erfin¬ dungsgemäßen Verfahren kann man solche Verformungen zunächst abschätzen und einen Vorhaltewert eingeben. Wenn nach der ersten Montage einer Fahrzeugtür durch den sich erfindungsgemäß anschließenden zusätzlichen Meßvorgang herausstellt, daß die Fahrzeugtür noch nicht optimal sitzt, wird diese Abweichung vom Idealwert bei der nächstfolgenden Montage automatisch mit Hilfe der Korrekturwerte aufgehoben. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren nimmt somit die Montagegenauigkeit von Montage¬ vorgang zu Montagevorgang zu. Die automatische Montage¬ einrichtung ist somit lernfähig.
Besonders einfach ist das Verfahren durchführbar, wenn die Vermessung mittels Lasermeßköpfen erfolgt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Verfahren zum automatischen Einbau eines Bauteiles ei¬ ner Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie, insbesondere einer Fahr¬ zeugtür oder Fahrzeugklappe, bei dem vor der Montage des Bauteils die Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie automatisch vermes¬ sen, danach die erforderliche Einbaulage des Bauteiles festgelegt und eine das Einbauteil montierende Montage¬ vorrichtung entsprechend gesteuert wird, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß nach der Montage des Einbauteils die tatsächliche Position des Bauteils in Bezug auf die Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie erneut gemessen wird und daß aus der ermittelten Position des eingebauten Bauteils Korrek¬ turdaten für die Montage des entsprechenden Bauteils der nachfolgenden Kraftfahrzeugkarosserie gewonnen werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vermessung mittels Lasermeßköpfen erfolgt.
