Abstract

Cuve de saignée et de refroidissement, utile lors de l'abattage de poissons, comprenant une paroi (1) extérieure dans laquelle on a placé un élément en forme d'étoile divisant la cuve en chambres (3) formant des sections de cercle, les bras de l'élément en étoile constituant des parois (2) verticales munies d'un filet. On fait tourner ces parois (2) autour de leur axe (4) central à l'aide d'un moteur (5). Un système élévateur (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12), destiné à remonter le fond des chambres (3) jusqu'au bord supérieur de la paroi (1) de la cuve, est fixé sur celle-ci (1).
