Beschreibungdescription
Tragehilfe für vierbeinige HaustiereCarrying aid for four-legged pets
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Tragehilfe für vierbeinige Haus¬ tiere gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs l.The invention relates to a carrying aid for four-legged pets according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
With four-legged pets, especially cats, small and small dogs, there is often the need for these animals to be carried outside the living area, for example when crossing dangerous traffic routes or when climbing stairs. With short-legged dogs, especially with dachshunds, such help when climbing and descending longer stairs is particularly important if you want to prevent the risk of dachshund paralysis in good time.
Many different carrier bags are already known for these purposes which, since they mostly consist of soft, flexible material, on the one hand offer a certain degree of convenience, but on the other hand make the lifting of the small animals more or less difficult. So that the animals cannot slip out unintentionally, zippers and / or closing flaps are provided on these pockets, which under certain circumstances only release the animal's head. If necessary, viewing windows made of tear-resistant plastic are provided on the front sides of the pockets to relieve the animals of the fear of being completely cut off from the outside world.
These known carrier bags are not only relatively complex and therefore correspondingly expensive, they are also relatively cumbersome to use because the animal mostly reacts defensively, and in many cases it does a certain thing Acclimatization phase takes until the animal accepts such "packaging".
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating a comfortable, easy-to-handle and inexpensive carrying device for four-legged pets, in particular for dogs and cats.
This object is achieved by the carrying aid designed according to the features of claim 1. The handling of such a carrying aid is extremely simple, since the hammock mat only has to be pushed through with a carrying handle, under the animal standing on all four legs. Then both handles are held in one hand and the animal held in this way in the padded hammock is lifted up. Another advantage of the carrying aid according to the invention is that it can simply be rolled up or folded and can therefore be taken anywhere due to the small space requirement.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention result from the features of the subclaims.
Dabei zeigenAn exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. Show
Figur 1 die Tragehilfe gemäß der Erfindung in der Gebrauchs¬ stellung,1 shows the carrying aid according to the invention in the position of use,
Figur 2 die Tragehilfe gemäß Figur 1 in ausgebreitetem Zu¬ stand in einer Explosionεdarstellung undFIG. 2 shows the carrying aid according to FIG. 1 in an expanded state in an exploded view and
Figur 3 eine vorteilhafte Weiterbildung der Tragehilfe nach Figur 1.3 shows an advantageous development of the carrying aid according to FIG. 1.
Die beiden Materialschich- ten 11, 12, sind zweckmäßig lösbar, beispielsweise durchFigure 1 shows a baby carrier for four-legged pets. This carrying aid shown schematically and in perspective consists of an approximately rectangular mat made of textile, plastic or the like and two carrying handles or carrying brackets 2, 3 attached to the opposite ends of the mat made of metal or wood or the like, or also in the form of an optionally length-adjustable belt or a flexible one Cord. The mat 1 can consist of a single layer of material, optionally with padding on the inside. However, as FIG. 2 shows, it can also consist of two separable material layers 11, 12 and, if appropriate, additional padding 13 between the two material layers 11, 12. The outer material layer 11 preferably consists of washable plastic film, plastic leather or the like, while the inner material layer 12 consists of washable textiles. The two layers of material 11, 12 are expediently detachable, for example by
Velcro fasteners or zippers are connected to one another so that they can be easily separated from one another and put together again.
The mat 1 is pushed under the animal standing on all four legs between the front and rear legs with a support bracket 2. Then both support brackets 2, 3 are raised and held with one hand. The animal is embraced and raised like a bow from the bottom. Although the animal is held sufficiently securely, on the one hand it can move freely with its legs and on the other hand does not feel "locked in" due to the body-appropriate hanging support. In order to give the carrying aid sufficient stability, a rod-shaped stiffening element is attached to the two ends of the hammock between the respective fastening areas provided for each corner area. This stiffening element preferably consists of at least two telescoping parts, so that the carrying aid can be easily adjusted to the individual length between the front and rear legs. The baby carrier, which is particularly suitable for smaller four-legged friends, can also be used for larger animals with the restriction that these animals are then no longer carried but only supported. With such a use, however, it is advantageous if the baby carrier is designed so that a male animal is not restricted in the genital area. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 3, a recess 4 is provided at half the length of the hammock, ie in the flex area at one of the two edges
The ends open towards the edge are connected to one another by a stiff, somewhat sagging bracket 5. This hanger 5 prevents the hammock from gaping apart in the region of the recess 4.
