Abstract

Enzymatische, aktiven Sauerstoff liefernde Mischungen können Anwendung als Oxidationsmittel zur Herstellung chemischer Verbindungen sowie in Bleich-, Wasch-, Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmitteln finden. Erfindungsgemäß besteht die Mischung aus Oxidoreduktase mit einer α/β-Hydrolase-Faltung und einer katalytischen Triade aus den Aminosäuren Serin, Histidin und Asparaginsäure, einer Peroxidquelle, einer wäßrigen Lösung einer organischen Säure oder deren Salz. Die Herstellung organischer Persäuren erfolgt erfindungsgemäß derart, daß in Anwesenheit von Oxidoreduktase mit einer α/β-Hydrolase-Faltung und einer katalytischen Triade aus den Aminosäuren Serin, Histidin und Asparaginsäure und Wasserstoffperoxid oder Peroxidverbindungen organische Säuren oder deren Salze in wäßriger Lösung bei einem pH-Wert von 3,5 bis 6,0 und bei Temperaturen zwischen 15 und 80 °C zu organischen Persäuren umgewandelt werden.
