Abstract
L'invention concerne une installation compacte de type modulaire qui permet un traitement partiel du verre recyclé, selon lequel des matières parasites et des corps étrangers tels que des tessons de verre ou des boîtes-boisson en plastique ou en métal ajoutés pour éviter le bris de verre, qui ont été mêlés sciemment ou involontairement aux bouteilles et aux corps de verre aux couleurs mélangées, sont séparés des corps de verre entiers avec le module de criblage de type VS pour les tessons de verre, et le séparateur à air de type WS pour les fractions particulièrement légères, telles les boîtes-boisson et les plastiques. Les corps creux en verre de dimensions déterminées ainsi obtenus passent sur le module de criblage de type FSA où chaque couleur de verre est déterminée à l'aide d'un système de mesure à détection optique. Les résultats sont évalués et les corps creux en verre sont ensuite triés sur des convoyeurs longitudinaux, et déchargés dans des puits de décharge, en fonction de leur couleur, de préférence cependant le blanc, le vert et le brun, conformément aux prescriptions de l'industrie allemande de la verrerie. Les objets non transparents tels la céramique, la porcelaine, la pierre, les verres de couleurs indésirables ou les boîtes-boisson métalliques sont déchargés séparément en un point situé à l'extrémité de l'installation.
