Die erfindungsgemäße Halogenglühlampe wird von einem metallischen Halterteil getragen, das Bestandteil des Lampensockels ist. Das Halterteil besitzt eine Ausstan¬ zung, in der die zwei Breitseiten und zwei Schmalseiten aufweisende Quetschdichtung des Lampenkolbens mit Hilfe von Stützlaschen klemmend fixiert ist. Die Stützlaschen sind an das Halterteil angeformt und wirken alle auf die Breitseiten der im Querschnitt im wesenüichen rechteckigen Quetschdichtung ein, während die Schmalseiten der Quetschdichtung berührungsfrei in der Aussparung des Halterteils angeordnet sind. Dadurch gehen die Toleranzen der Quetschdichtungsbreite nicht in die Größe der Abstützkräfte ein. Zusätzlich ist die Quetschdichtung des Lampenkolbens in Sockel¬ richtung hin verjüngt ausgebildet, das heißt, daß die Quetschdichtung an ihrem sockelseitigen, freien Ende eine geringere Dicke aufweist als an ihrem sockelabge- wandten Ende. Durch diese Maßnahmen wird, im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik, die Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Quetschdichtung beim Einsetzen in das Halterteil verringert. Vorteilhafterweise sind die Breitseiten der Quetschdichtung jeweils mit einem in längsrichtung, parallel zu den Schmalseiten verlaufenden Führungssteg ver¬ sehen, die paßgerecht auf jeweils eine Ausnehmung zweier klemmend an den Breitsei¬ ten anliegenden Stützlaschen abgestimmt sind. Diese Stützlaschen erlauben zusammen mit den Führungsstegen eine seitliche Fixierung der Quetschdichtung in dem Halter- teil. Die vorgenannten Stützlaschen sind ausserdem federnd ausgebildet. Ihre freien Enden bilden zusammen mit jeweils zwei von den Breitseiten der Quetschdichtung emporragenden, nasenartigen Erhebungen einen Rastverschluß, der, nach dem Einras¬ ten der Stützlaschen hinter den Rastnasen, ein Herausziehen der Quetschdichtung aus dem Halterteil verhindert. Das Halterteil besitzt vorteilhafterweise noch vier weitere Stützlaschen, so daß beide Breitseiten der Quetschdichtung mit den Stützlaschen jeweils vier Auflage- bzw. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen kittlos gesockelten Halogenglühlampe entsprechend des hier näher zu beschreibenden bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels handelt es sich um eine Halogenglühlampe zur Verwendung in einem Kfz-Scheinwerfer. Figur 1 illustriert den Aufbau dieser Lampe. Die erfindungsgemäße Halogenglühlampe besitzt einen einseitig dicht gequetschten Lampenkolben 1 aus Hartglas. Die Quetschdichtung 10 des Lampenkolbens 1 ist in einem napfartigen Halterteil 2 aus Edelstahl klemmend fixiert. Das Halterteil 2 bildet zusammen mit der Sockelhülse 3 und dem daran ange¬ formten Jusπerteller 4 sowie mit dem Sockelstein 5 den Lampensockel. Das Halterteil 2 ist über aus dem Justierteller 4 ausgestanzte und aufwärts gebogene Schweißfahnen 13 mit dem Justierteller 4 verschweißt. Innerhalb des Lampenkolbens 1 befinden sich zwei Glühwendeln 6, 7, die über insgesamt drei aus der Quetschdichtung 10 herausra¬ gende und in einer Glasperle 11 eingeschmolzene Stromzuführungen 8 jeweils mit einer Kontaktfahne 9 elektrisch leitend verbunden sind. An das Halterteil 2 sind sechs nach unten, das heißt in Richtung der Kontaktfahnen 9, abgewinkelte Stützlaschen 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b angeformt, die klemmend an den Breitsei¬ ten der im Querschnitt im wesentlichen rechteckigen Quetschdichtung 10 anliegen. Vier der Stützlaschen 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b sind mittels Sicken, die ihnen im horizontal verlaufenden Abschnitt einen annähernd V-artigen Querschnitt verschaffen, versteift, während die zwei verbleibenden Stützlaschen 21a, 21b jeweils eine etwa mittig ange¬ ordnete Ausnehmung 24a, 24b aufweisen. Diese Ausnehmungen 24a, 24b sind paßge¬ recht auf jeweils einen an die Breitseiten der Quetschdichtung 10 angeformten Füh¬ rungssteg 50a, 50b abgestimmt. Die Führungsstege 50a, 50b verlaufen in Längsrich- tung, das heißt parallel zu den Schmalseiten der Quetschdichtung 10, und sind unge¬ fähr mittig auf den Breitseiten der Quetschdichtung 10 angeordnet. Zu beiden Seiten der Führungsstege 50a, 50b befindet sich jeweils eine nasenartige Erhebung 51a, 52a, 51b, 52b, die ebenfalls an der Quetschdichtung 10 angeformt sind. Die obere Kante dieser nasenartigen Erhebungen 51a, 52a, 51b, 52b bildet zusammen mit den freien Enden der Stützlaschen 21a, 21b einen Rastverschluß.
