Abstract
The container is formed by three equal rectangular walls (1) forming a containing body. Said container body has equilateral triangular openings, to be closed with self-centering effect, each opening being formed by three equal triangular sectors (2) extending from the fold line (3) of each wall (1) and characterized by a bigger side (4) and a smaller side (5). The closure is actuated by finger pressure on the self-centering sectors (2). In this way, each smaller side (5) is locked under a corresponding bigger side (4).
Description
Tubular carton with self-locking closure
"Cassette container for camera".
The invention refers to a new kind of cassette container for cameras principally realizing the closing of its upper and lower openings by a device consists of three equal sectors coming to overflow from the containing body formed by three rectangular walls. Said sectors to determine a self-bond condition with centring effect, for alternate fitting up of their stop borders, to be acted both in opening than in closing by an impulse to be effected with a finger or by an impulse unit to be centrally lowered on the same device. The container is shaped to permit the disposition in its inner of the cassette, protected into a flexible wrapping, which stands on the three walls of the container so permitting its housing with smallest overall dimension and solidarity. In comparison with the current parallelepipedal containers, to be opened by the detaching of an upper square sector assembled by glue containing in their inner afurther cylindrical plastic container with insertable cover containing the cassette, the invented container guarantees a plurality of advantages since: a) for the using it permits its opening and its closing only by a push effect to be actuated with a finger so se plified the opening and so permitted again, unlike of the current containers, the closing of the container; b) it is avoided the necessity of the plastic container since is foreseen a closing again container; c) in moulding phase it is possible to close the container with in its inner the cassette by an automatic machine acting on closing line
by means of an unit executing the push impulse; d) it acts a big riduc ion of the overall dimensions so cutting down the warehouse and transport costs; e) it permits a reduction of the original structure so reducing the raw material costs and the working costs; f) by using a containing body formed by three equal rectangular walls setting out the cassette, contained into a flexible wrapping to be protected, it is avoided during the movements that the cassette was damaged. Substantially the container is formed by three equal rectangular walls 1 forming a containing body into which the cassette protected into a flexible wrapping is solidarity contained. Said containing body with counterposed equilateral triangular openings to be closed by a bond device to be acted with self-centring effect formed by three equal triangular sectors 2 overflowing from the folding line 3 of each wall 1 and characterized with a bigger side 4 and a smaller side 5. The closing to be actuated by a finger to be lowered on the system of self-centring sectors 2 so creating a push impulse which at the same time presses the sectors so forcing their disposition with differentiated effect by way of the different pliability of the border of the bigger side in comparison with that presents on the border of the smaller side 5 and in comparison to the retaining effect which comes to determine on the folding lines 3. In this way, going on with the push impulse, is determined the coming of each border of the smaller side 5 under each border of the bigger side . So permitt¬ ing, when the push impulse stops by way of the raising of the self- centring sectors 2 forced by said retaining effect, the solidarity fitting up of the closing device for contrast exercited to each of the three border parts 4a, beginning from the vertices of the equilate¬ ral triangular opening, on each of the surface parts 2a. To open the container is actuated a push impulse on one of the two closing devices so determining, by the simultaneous lowering with centring effect of the three triangular sectors 2, the disconnecting of the surface parts
2a from the three border parts 4a. To can verify the authenticity of the goods by the direct user is foreseen, to cover the closing device, a sealing means to be broken with the push act exercited for opening the container. The invented container is illustrated in schematic and
indicative views in the drawings of sheets 1 and 2. In sheet 1 fig. 1 is view of a preferred cardboard punching form to show the sketched folding lines and a sectors 6 to be glued on the corresponding surface part, sketched drawn, to permit in moulding to form the containing body formed by three equal rectangular walls 1. Fig. 2 is iew from the top of a container to show the bond closing device during the closing pha¬ se. Fig. 3 is perspective view of the container 2 already closed. Fig. L, is partial view of a container with the upper opening still opens. Fig. 5 is view always partial of a container on which upper opening is exercited a push impulse by a finger so to close it. In sheet 2 fig- 6 is a transversal section view of a closed container with in its inner a cassette contained into a protection wrapping. Fig. 7 is a longitudinal section view of the same container of fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a central perspective view of the closed container. Fig. 9 is a side perspective view of the closed container. Fig. 10 is top view of six closed containers draw near in an exagonal compacting. Fig. 11 is perspective view of the same exagonal compacting of fig. 10. Fig. 12 is perspective view of the drawn near containers. In the realiza¬ tions: the materials and "the sizes of the containers could be changed on the base of the different necessities.
