Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production et/ou d'ajustement dimensionnel de pièces auxiliaires pourvues d'une surface d'adaptation et adaptées à certaines parties d'un corps vivant, notamment de pièces auxiliaires à fonction orthopédique. La partie du corps à laquelle la pièce auxiliaire doit être adaptée, est fixée en position et est ensuite recouverte d'une membrane souple qui fait partie d'une chambre de milieu de pression fixe. La chambre de milieu de pression est amenée à une pression d'ajustement à l'aide d'un milieu de pression et est pressée contre la partie du corps à laquelle la pièce auxiliaire doit être adaptée, à l'aide de la pression d'ajustement, ce qui comprime ainsi la partie du corps concernée. A l'aide de la membrane pressée contre la surface de la partie du corps concernée, ladite surface est mesurée par rapport à un système de coordonnées fixe. La pièce auxiliaire est réalisée en fonction de la surface d'adaptation ainsi déterminée. L'invention concerne également des dispositifs de mesure pour mettre le procédé en ÷uvre.
