Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de traitement des coliques, de la constipation et des gaz, principalement chez les bébés, mais également chez les adultes. Ce procédé consiste à stimuler les muscles du sphincter anal par un massage direct jusqu'à ce que les gaz et la matière fécale soient expulsés. Le massage est de préférence effectué par l'introduction d'un dispositif dans le conduit anal d'un enfant souffrant de coliques, de constipation ou de gaz. Le dispositif est déplacé vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur à une vitesse suffisante et suffisamment longtemps pour stimuler les muscles du sphincter anal. Un tel procédé permet de soulager les coliques chez les bébés, ainsi que la constipation et les gaz chez les bébés de moins d'un an et les adultes. Le dispositif utilisé selon ce procédé comprend une tige (1) présentant une extrémité (2) insérable et une extrémité (4) non insérable. Selon le mode préféré de réalisation, l'extrémité non insérable du dispositif peut comprendre un élément d'arrêt (3) qui peut également servir de poignée (6), ou le dispositif peut comprendre un élément d'arrêt et une poignée séparés. L'élément d'arrêt permet de prévenir l'insertion du dispositif trop en avant dans le conduit anal, tandis que la poignée permet une manipulation plus aisée par l'utilisateur.
