Definitions
- the present invention relates to a handle with variable cross-section with a longitudinal axis and two end faces.
- a known handle has the disadvantage that quarter handles had to be manufactured for its manufacture. It is an object of the present invention to provide a handle, the surface of which corresponds anatomically exactly to the inner surface of the hand spanning the handle, only two shapes of which are required for the manufacture thereof.
- the cross section of the handle in the area of the end faces is at least approximately oval or elliptical and the large axes of the cross-sectional areas in the area of the end faces are arranged approximately perpendicular to one another and one by the small axis of the Cross-sectional area of the area of one end face and the major axis of the cross-sectional area of the area of the other end face defined plane with the surface of the handle forms a section line which comprises a central longitudinal sectional area of the handle, such that from this central longitudinal sectional area, perpendicular to this Longitudinal cutting surface, at least the width of the longitudinal cutting surfaces decreases over their entire length.
- the present invention relates to a bicycle, a motor bike, a bob, a sports automobile, a sports aircraft, a golf club, a hand machine, for example a drilling machine, and one Hand gun that have at least one handle according to the invention.
- the use of the handle according to the invention is not limited to the devices listed.
- the handle has the advantage that it represents an additional safety factor, particularly when it is used on machines.

- FIG. 2 shows the handle for the left hand
- FIG. 3 shows the second casting mold
- Fig. 4 shows a cross section through the mold
- FIG. 7 the first end surface on the right hand side of the handle
- FIG. 9 rotates a second position of the handle by 90 ° with respect to the position according to FIG. 6,
- FIG. 10 shows the first end surface on the right of the handle according to FIG. 9,
- FIG. 9, 12 shows a third position of the handle rotated by a further 90 °
- FIG. 13 shows a fourth position of the handle rotated by a further 90 °
- FIG. 14 shows the handle in a perspective view
- FIG. 15 shows how the handle is gripped
- 1 to 3 show the first halves 1 and 2 of the casting mold and also the one with the casting mold formed from the joined halves 1 and 2
- Handle 3 can be seen.
- the two halves 1 and 2 are each with a recess 4 and 5 provided, whose surface contour corresponds to the halves 6 and 7 of the handle.
- a surface line 8 separates the two halves 6 and 7 of the handle, this surface line running along the upper boundary lines 9 and 10 of the recesses 4 and 5 of the two halves 1 and 2 of the mold when the handle is in the mold.
- the surface of the handle 3 which is anatomically adapted to the inner surface of the closed hand is structured in such a way that the handle can be produced with only two molded parts, the halves 1 and 2. Two halves are required to produce both the left and right handles.
- the handle which has a variable cross section, has a first
- the casing line 8 forms a central longitudinal cut surface 17 with a length 18 and a variable width 19. In both directions perpendicular to this central longitudinal cut surface, the width of the longitudinal cut surfaces takes along its entire length increasing distance from the central longitudinal section surface. If the end faces are not flat, the length expansion of the longitudinal cut surfaces.
- the handle is preferably made of plastic, rubber or rubber, in particular a PVC rubber mixture. For the sports sector, it is made of somewhat softer material than for other uses.
- FIG. 4 shows a cross section through the closed mold 1, 2 with handle 3 in the area of the first end face 11 and FIG. 5 shows a cross section through the mold with handle in the area of the second end face 12.
- the cross sections in the area of the end faces as well the end faces themselves are approximately elliptical or oval.
- the major axis of the cross section according to FIG. 4 has an angle of approximately 90 ° with respect to the major axis of the cross section according to FIG. 5.
- An opening 13 with a diameter of preferably 12-20 mm is provided in the longitudinal axis 14 of the handle.
- the surface line 8 is formed by the intersection of a plane 17, which is laid through the axis 14 of the handle and extends through the center of the mold 1, 2 with the outer surface 20 of the handle. This plane is defined by the small axis of the first end surface 11 and by the large axis of the second end surface 12 (see also FIG. 2).
- FIG. 6 shows the handle in a first position, from which the anatomically correctly shaped area H for the ball of the hand can be seen.
- FIG. 7 shows the first end surface and FIG. 8 the second end surface. It can be seen that the central generatrix 8 runs along the small axis of the oval or elliptical end face in the first cross section 11 and along the major axis of the oval or elliptical end face in the second cross section 12. The large axis of the end face 11 is designated 15 and the small axis of the end face 12 is designated 16.
- FIG. 9 shows the handle in a position rotated by 90 ° in the direction downward of the drawing sheet compared to FIG. 6.
- Fig. 10 shows the first and Fig. 11 the second end surface. The handle according to FIG. 12 is in turn rotated in the same direction by 90 ° with respect to the position in FIG. 9.
- the anatomically correctly shaped surface area for the fingers is designated by F.
- FIG. 13 shows a position of the handle 3 rotated by 90 ° in the same direction as in FIG. 12.
- FIG. 14 shows a perspective view of the handle.
- a bolt with one or two inner bores for fastening the handle or a sleeve could be arranged.
- the handle could also be provided on one side only with a hole for receiving a metal rod, for example, and closed on the other side, so that it is attached in a defined manner.
- the bore is preferably arranged in the middle of the surface 11 or 12.
- the side opposite the bore for receiving, for example, a metal rod has a continuous wall, for example cambered.
- FIG. 15 shows how the handle is gripped, the anatomically correctly shaped area for the palm of the hand again being designated by H.
- the enclosed handle can be seen from FIG. 16.
- the end faces 11, 12 could also have a shape that differs geometrically from an oval or an ellipse. Furthermore, they do not need to be plan, but could, for example, form a curved surface. One end surface could be flat and the other curved outward (convex), as is indicated by dashed lines in FIGS. 2 and 14.
- the molds would have to be designed in accordance with the respective desired end surfaces.
- a major advantage of the anatomically shaped handle according to the invention is that it can be manufactured with a two-part casting mold. Two molded parts are required for the left and right handles.
- handles with a surface which anatomically corresponds exactly to the inner surface of the hand spanning the handle have not been used in any of the uses listed below, for example.
- Sports area handlebar with handles for bike, racing bike, motorcycle; Handle for hammer throwing; Handle (s) for golf clubs; Control device for bob, holder for four-man bob; Joysticks on sports aircraft; Racing wheel for racing cars; Handle for oars for regatta.
- Hand machines for all hand machines, for example drills, circular saws, hedge trimmers etc. All motor-driven machines with handles are referred to as hand machines. Safety is not guaranteed with many of these machines with conventional handles.
- the handle according to the invention is designed to be non-slip. Agriculture: handle for scythe.
