Abstract

Dans un puits, par exemple dans une colonne montante (1), un dispositif de nettoyage hydromécanique (3) est descendu sur une colonne de tubes (2). Le bouchon (4) est soumis à l'effet de jet du flux descendant direct de liquide de lavage pompé vers le fond par l'intermédiaire de la colonne de tubes (2), de manière à l'éliminer. A mesure que le bouchon est éliminé, on fait descendre le dispositif de nettoyage (3) en faisant avancer la colonne de tubes (2). L'écoulement ascendant du liquide de lavage fait tourner les têtes de nettoyage (5, 6) en contre-rotation. Des éléments coupants, se présentant sous la forme de couteaux, au niveau des têtes (5, 6) assurent l'élimination mécanique des sédiments des parois de la colonne montante (1). L'élimination mécanique des sédiments des parois s'effectue à la fois pendant la descente et la montée du dispositif de nettoyage (3). Le produit de la désintégration du bouchon (4) et les sédiments sont éliminés par le flux ascendant passant dans un manchon de prise latérale (41) d'une tête de lavage (18). Un dispositif de mise en ÷uvre du procédé comprend également un mécanisme destiné à déplacer la colonne de tubes (2) ainsi qu'un équipement de pompage.
