Abstract
Un procédé d'alimentation en carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne consiste à acheminer le carburant sous une pression constante jusqu'à la chambre de travail (55) d'un injecteur, et à relier périodiquement la chambre de travail (55) de l'injecteur, par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de pulvérisation (51), à la chambre de mélange du moteur. Lorsque la chambre de travail (55) est reliée à la chambre de mélange, une modification de la section transversale du canal de pulvérisation (51), proportionnelle au carburant injecté, se produit par effet d'impacts sur un organe mobile (42) de l'injecteur. Simultanément avec l'augmentation de la section transversale du canal de pulvérisation (51), le volume de la chambre de travail (55) de l'injecteur diminue. Un injecteur d'alimentation en carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne comprend un corps (1) doté d'une tige (4) montée dans son canal central et connecté à un entraînement (6), un atomiseur (27) doté d'un corps (28), un canal central (32) ménagé dans ledit corps (28), une selle (37) située à l'intérieur du canal central (32), ainsi qu'un organe mobile (42) composé d'une tige dont une extrémité est dotée d'un élément destiné à limiter le volume de la chambre de travail de l'injecteur et permet une interaction avec l'extrémité libre (44) de la tige (4), et dont l'autre extrémité porte un élément de blocage (48) ayant une interaction avec la selle (37). L'élément de blocage (48) comprend une pointe profilée dotée d'une surface latérale incurvée (49) et situé à l'extérieur du corps (28) dudit atomiseur (27), entre la surface de travail latérale (49) duquel et la surface de travail (38) de la selle (37) est formé le canal de pulvérisation (51).
