Definitions
- the invention relates to a rod with a connection arrangement for connection to a part provided with threaded bores.
- rods or other elements must be attached to vertical columns, which often have a circular cylindrical outer profile and which are provided with threaded holes on their circumference.
- vertical columns which often have a circular cylindrical outer profile and which are provided with threaded holes on their circumference.
- threaded holes on their circumference.
- mount such rods on a node part which is provided with threaded holes. The latter shows e.g. EP-A-0 297 033.
- the object of the invention is to provide a new rod provided with a connecting arrangement.
- this object is achieved by a rod with a connection arrangement for connection to a part provided with threaded bores, which rod, seen in cross section, has a recess in its central region, in which two transverse walls spaced apart from one another are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the rod , which transverse walls are each provided with a recess through which the shaft of a screw extends, with an abutment arranged on this shaft, and with a spring which is arranged between this abutment and that transverse wall which is closer to that end of the rod , which is designed to bear against the organ provided with threaded holes.
- the screw - before assembly - can be held in a position in the end area of the rod that is favorable for assembly, and it can be easily rotated - during assembly or disassembly - without getting lost because the abutment turns with it when pressed.
- the head of the screw lies against the inner transverse wall and presses the rod against the part provided with threaded holes.
- Middle region has a recess in which two in
- Cross walls are arranged, the first of which is closer to the adjacent
- Rod end lies as the second and each with one
- Recess is provided, through which the shaft of the screw extends, with one on this shaft and between the two
- Transverse walls arranged abutment, and with a spring arrangement which the screw in one of the first transverse wall to the second
- Transverse wall is defined, that is from the end of the rod inwards.
- the abutment lies against the second transverse wall and thereby defines a predetermined position of the screw before assembly.
- the rod is particularly advantageously designed such that the two transverse walls are formed as part of a link which is fastened in the recess, the link being formed in a particularly preferred manner in the manner of a tube with a rectangular cross section.
- a very advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the abutment is designed as a nut and preferably as a self-locking nut which is screwed onto the thread of the screw. This allows a very simple assembly of the screw in the rod. It is also advantageous to proceed in such a way that the spring is designed as a weak spring. This is found to be particularly advantageous when many such rods are to be installed. An extremely simple design results from the fact that the

- An abutment is applied to the thread 32, for example, as shown, in the form of a self-locking nut 36, which can therefore only be turned on the thread 32 using a considerable torque, and which consequently also rotates when the screw 16 rotates and therefore does not change its position relative to screw 16.
- any other part is naturally also possible as an abutment 36, and that in the exemplary embodiment the abutment 36 is located on that portion of the shaft 16 'of the screw 16 on which a thread is not necessary for the function, so that - when using a different type of abutment - you can simply provide a smooth cylindrical section (not shown). This is also within the scope of the present invention.
- Cuddly profile 17 is a weak coil spring
- part 30 the screw 16 together with the abutment 36 and spring 38 is thus mounted, and then this part 30 is inserted from the free end into the rectangular recess 20 of the rod 13 in the manner shown.
- the longitudinal walls 40, 41 of part 30 are each provided with a threaded bore 40 ', 41', which in the assembled state is aligned with corresponding transverse bores 42, 43 of the profile tube 13, and corresponding countersunk screws are then inserted into these threaded bores 40 ', 41' 46, 47 screwed and hold the part 30 there in the desired position.
- Elongated holes 50, 51 are provided through which a ball-head screwdriver, indicated only schematically at 52, can be inserted in order to turn the screw 16.
- the elongated holes 50, 51 penetrate, as shown, the thick wall sections of the relevant one

- the profile tube 56 is of the same design as the profile tube 13.
- Fig. 6 shows a similar frame with two longer horizontal profile tubes 13, 58, between which a plate 59 is located.
- Fig. 7 shows a frame with two even longer horizontal profile tubes 13, 62, between which there is partly a vertical plate 63 and partly air.
- the fastenings of the tubes 56, 58, 62 are of the same design, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4.
- the arrangement according to FIG. 7 appears airier and lighter than that according to FIG. 6.
- ⁇ Analog Fig. 8 shows a structure having two long horizontal section tubes 13, 64, between which is partly greater plate 65, and partially air.
- corresponding parts can also be attached to the other T-slots of the profile tube, which e.g. against theft is very cheap, since a thief cannot depend on anything and he will usually lack the special screwdriver required for disassembly.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 show a sliding block or slot nut 70 according to the invention, which is designed to be in one of the T-shaped recesses 23, 24 (FIG. 4) a bar to be arranged.
- the slot nut 70 therefore has a wider part 71 and a narrower part 72 in cross section, the latter being adapted to the width of the openings 25 and 26, respectively.
- In the middle of the sliding or sliding block 10 has a longitudinal groove 74, and this, as shown, has in its center a continuous threaded bore 75 which serves to receive a set screw (not shown), which is preferably provided with a hexagon socket (not shown) is. With this grub screw, the sliding block or slot nut 70 can be fixed at any point of the T-shaped recesses 23 ' or 24.
- two threaded bores 76, 77 are provided in the manner shown, into which corresponding dowel pins (not shown) can be screwed. They serve to fasten any part 79, which is indicated by dash-dotted lines in Fig. 11, in the longitudinal groove 74, e.g. the plate 57 of FIG. 5 or the plate 59 of FIG. 6.
- This part 79 can be very easily attached to or removed from the longitudinal groove 74, and together with the sliding block 70 it can very easily along a rod 13 or 14 or 62 or 64 can be moved to the desired position.
- a sliding or sliding block according to the invention thus combines the advantage of simple assembly and use with the advantage of security against theft, since special tools are usually required to loosen the screws.
